Hello everyone! This casting call is for a fandub of one of my favorite games, Honkai Impact 3rd! After introducing Honkai to several friends I realized a lot of them simply didn't have the means with which to play, leaving them few options for following the story. This is where we come in! For now we'll only be dubbing the very short Escape from Nagazora and St. Freya High mangas, but ideally I would like to dub all of the important story material for the game. This listing is primarily to gauge interest, as there is a LOT of work to be done if we're going to do this project right!
Rules
1. There will be HEAVY spoilers! I may pull video and audio from different parts of the game to give a reference as to what I'm looking for.
2. As previously stated I would like to do the entire series if I can, so please don't audition for lead or supporting characters if you have no interest in staying a while.
3. The game has heavily implied LGBTQ+ themes and relationships, so you must be okay with that.
4. There will be some cursing.
5. Discord is required as I'd like to do group readings to allow everyone to play off each other. Please add your ID to the description of your audition.
6. Have little to no background noise. Pet interruptions and things like that are fine! This is just to see how you all sound.
7. At least 3 takes per line. You may do more if you want to show off voice options that are significantly varied from your previous takes.

9. You can audition for as many roles as you'd like!
10. Male voices, there ARE roles for you! There are several important male characters throughout the series and I will need male extras as well. For now only the extras will be available but you can audition for more important characters in future listings.
Ideally I'd like to make this dub feel as if it's actually in the game, so I will need help with sound effects and mixing.

Kiana Kaslana is the main protagonist, a girl born of the illustrious Kaslana bloodline. The Kaslana's act as humanity's shield against the honkai, with their family oath stating 'By the Judgement of Shamash, Kaslana's Die and Never Yield.' Kiana embodies this mindset strongly, always willing to fight to protect the weak from the Honkai. At the beginning of the series she's goofy and a bit of a slacker in her classes (she's not very booksmart) but she has the energy and determination to makeup for it. In the words of a good friend of mine, she is 'strong of heart and dumb of ass.'
The Herrscher of the Void, on the other hand, is cold and cruel. She feels nothing but hatred for humanity and is dedicated to destroying them for the Will of the Honkai, her god. She, as most herrschers do, sees humans as pathetic insects squirming for survival. For lore reasons, a russian accent is not required but if you can do one I'll consider it a bonus! Kiana's voice will be noticeably higher than HoV's.

Kiana (hurt, regaining consciousness and angry): Return Mei to me... You're an evil fake! GIVE MEI BACK!
Herrscher (cold and somewhat menacing, as if she's toying with her prey): Haha... I suppose insects provide some form of amusement. Your clumsy dance steps make me laugh. Benares, give them a dance lesson.
Kiana (cocky and confident): Ha! I'm a Kaslana! A born prodigy like me doesn't need training!
The second of our trio of protagonists and Kiana's heavily implied love interest. Mei is a kind-hearted girl who trained to become a Valkyrie in order to prevent her herrscher self from taking control. She cares deeply for those around her and is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet.
The Herrscher of Thunder is very similar to the Herrscher of the Void; she sees humans as below her, and herself as a powerul god-queen of the honkai. She speaks as if boredly playing with prey until she unleashes her power on those who dare to stand before her. Mei's voice will be noticably higher than the HoT's.

Mei (softly, as if she knows this is inevitable): You can do whatever you want with me now. If my life threatens the lives of others...then killing me would be for the best.
Herrscher: What a mess. Getting injured trying to save that coward. Kiana! You'd better wake up right now. I will not allow you to die like this. I'm the only one who can take away your life.
Mei (happy, relieved to see her friend safe and sound): Kiana! Welcome home!
The third of our protagonists, Bronya Zaychik was orphaned during the 2nd honkai eruption in Siberia. A failed experiment gave her her mecha Project: Bunny but also damaged her brain, causing her to have difficulty emoting. Bronya speaks with a somewhat soft and slightly monotone voice. A Russian accent is preferred but not required.

(soft, attempting to comfort) I won't let you go this time. I'll always be with you, Seele. Nothing will keep us apart.
(slightly threatening) Mei has given a negative response to Kiana's action. Subject Kiana must let go of Mei, or the Bronya will commence attack protocols.
(deadpan) Response confirmed. Subject Kiana is an unhygenic idiotka.
An A-rank Valkyrie and mentor to our three protagonists. Himeko's a veteran who knows her stuff. If only her love of alcohol didn't impede her teaching... She oozes sex appeal without her voice going fully ara ara. Her voice will be in the medium-low to low ranges.

(teasing Theresa after pulling an important data drive out of her cleavage) You were the one who told me to keep this a secret. "Hide the data in a really safe place! Don't let anyone find out." Your words.
(excited and itching for a fight) I will not let go of prey I've set my eyes on. All crew on deck! Destination: Nagazora! It's finally here... The 3rd Honkai War!
Granddaughter to the overseer of Schicksal and Principal of St. Freya High. An imperfect clone born of Kaslana blood, Theresa's body stopped aging at the appearance of a twelve year-old. She loves to be spoiled and acts cutely, but demands to be taken seriously and will not allow others to treat her like a child. If you're not familiar with the series then don't worry, she's not sexualized. Theresa's voice is high and cute, as well as somewhat child-like.

(angry, himeko has pulled an important memory card out of her cleavage) What the hell! Why would you keep important data there? (grumbling) Ugh! It's so icky and sweaty!
(wistful) Kiana... I never thought I'd see you again after so many years... It seems that the fate of the House of Kaslana is entwined with the honkai.
Kiana's father, who has gone missing before the beginning of the story. He's a huge flirt but ultimately would do anything to protect the innocent, true to his Kaslana blood. An experienced fighter and bonafide badass, Siegfried is every bit as cool as he thinks he is. ...Even though he's a huge anime nerd.

(confused and curious) Why are we protecting that village? It had nothing to do with us.
(pouty and grumpy) Yeah right. I only see your blood rising when you ogle hot women at the tavern.
Various extras who will play everything from soldiers to newscasters and civillians. I need voices of both genders for this so even if you've auditioned for a named role I encourage you to apply here as well!
(news announcer) As of 10:00 today, all external contacts with the city of Nagazora have been severed. The United Nations has issued a statement confirming a BH virus outbreak in the city.
(soldier reporting in) Honkai energy level rising rapidly! All honkai beats in Nagazora are moving toward the energy spike.
(flirting) But even the most beautiful nightview is nothing compared to your ravishing beauty, Miss Himeko.
Dubbing over the game itself should be easy enough, but I need someone who can make the comic dubs dynamic! Please submit an example of what your work will look like. The source material doesn't matter, just show me a dynamic comic edit.
