Heroes of Nyre: Cast and Crew Call | Volunteer Passion Project
Project Overview
Broken Records Co. is looking for passionate volunteers to help bring Heroes of Nyre to life—an original 2D animated fantasy series that's been years in the making. We're building a creative team from the ground up to produce promotional content, a proof-of-concept episode, and enough material to launch a Kickstarter campaign.
This is a passion project with big ambitions. While all positions are currently volunteer-based, I plan to contribute what I can financially over the coming months as the project grows.

Compensation will be modest at first, with the goal of transitioning to paid opportunities if our Kickstarter is successful. Please note that future paid work cannot be guaranteed and will depend on funding.
About the Series
Heroes of Nyre follows Eiza, Libby, and Vin as they journey through a vibrant fantasy world filled with ancient magic, mythical creatures, dangerous kingdoms, and powerful mysteries. The story blends exciting action, heartfelt friendships, emotional character growth, and moments of humor into an adventure that explores courage, identity, and hope.
I've been writing this story for several years because I truly believe in it. My hope is to create something that captures the sense of wonder many of us felt growing up watching shows like Avatar: The Last Airbender and Adventure Time, while telling a more mature, emotionally grounded story with its own unique voice.

I'm also growing a YouTube channel dedicated to this project and other creative content, so contributors will have the opportunity to be part of the journey as we share behind-the-scenes updates, development progress, and build a community around the series.
Current Status
This is currently a volunteer collaboration while we develop promotional material and prepare for crowdfunding.
As the project grows, I intend to begin offering modest compensation when possible, with the long-term goal of securing full production funding through Kickstarter. While I can't promise paid work yet, I can promise transparency, respect for everyone's time, and a genuine commitment to building something meaningful together.
I am an experienced producer within the indie community as well, and am absolutely committed to being hands on within this project. I was trained in Liberal Arts and Theatre production in college, as well as music and vocal health for over ten years. With Covid appearing during my senior year of high school, I’ve been working extremely hard to switch gears and work remotely on many animated projects. We’ll be in the trenches together, and I’m certain you’ll fall in love with this story, and our new viewers will as well.
