Project Overview

Hellish relationship is a passion project I'm submitting for a school project. Im also planning on posting it on a few social media.
Its about a demonic lord named xirtacic who recently started dating his witch bernia. Bernia herself has made a deal with xirtacic, he will protect her family, and in turn she will deliver him souls. When xirtacic proffesed his love bernia was terrified of rejecting her boss and posibly losing their deal. Xirtacic, not being used being precieved as a threat did not notice the witch's aprhension. The current short film is of the two the day after, meeting to go on their first date, showcasing xirtacic's obliviousness and bernia's fear.
(Bernia has already got an actor which is why shes not included in the casting list)

the new demonic lord who feels unfit for his role. from the way he dresses to the way he talks, it feels off. like he was not made to be a leader.
Xirtacic has finally found love in the form of a witch named Bernia. the story takes place the day after they made their relationship official and he never thought he'd be this nervous. he fumbles between his lord-like persona and a teenage boy on his first date. oblivious to bernia's aprehension and fear toward him, he assumes her nervousness comes from a place of love, just like his is.

A demon who's obsessed with spiders, often quoting their elegant and merciless nature. He's ... and egotistical. Even his friendship with (unnamed vampire) was only formed to appear tolerable (and to profit from her hunts). Ironically enough, he hates leeches

A slightly unhinged demon who loves to tempt fate, take chances, and trick her opponent, the issue is, she cannot for the life of her mask her emotions, so she opts to use a literal mask. Is it cheating? Sure, but she's holding a pair of explosive dice right now, and you really don't want to turn this game into a sudden death.

A demon who's a part of a nation that mutates themselves so theyre able to live underwater. He's the oldest of the keepers and is getting a bit tired, but once you enter, you can't retire unless you're dead or outranked. Unfortunately for him, he's too powerful to be outranked by those below him and too stubborn to die.
