Heisting Comedy TV Pitch
Project Overview
We at Turning Green Productions are currently in the middle of creating our next TV show pitch for the 2027 pitching season. We're a remote art collective that specializes in Adult Animated Comedies.
Currently, we're in need of voice actors for our brand new cast of characters.
If casted, your voice work will encompass an episode script read, trailer script read & some teaser lines. All in all, would be an hour or two worth of paid work. That work will be privately shown to investors, production houses and broadcasters. It will also be showcased in various pitching festivals.
While we're unable to share many details about our project, we are able to share some broad info:
This project is an adult animated comedy set in an highly exaggerated version of 1980s America.
The pitch is centered around "heisters", people who specialize in robbery, murder & espionage.
FOR ALL APPLICANTS:
Please submit your auditions in the best possible quality. While they don't have to be flawless studio quality- we'd prefer if they had no echo, crackling and were otherwise properly sound-treated.
When you are logged in, you can comment, add submissions, create projects, upvote, search open roles, and way more. Login here.

Ryan, code-named “Safecracker”, is possibly the most normal, run of the mill dude you’ll ever meet. He enjoys demolishing a yucky TV dinner after a long workday and frequently posts in the “dating” column of his local newspaper.
His top grade skills in hacking systems and cracking safes has landed him a job in the criminal world- a far cry from his previous job of fixing fax machines.
Ryan has no passion for what he does, often speaking in a flatter, more subdued tone. Being a very "normal" guy lends to his voice being somewhat indistinct and unremarkable.
He is, however, also a run of the mill coward. Any sight of danger, blood or guns has Ryan speaking uneasy, and when things go south- he is the first one to go full panic mode.

Completely monotone
overly deep/gravely

While Ryan doesn't have any enthusiasm for his job, he should never sound like he's on the verge of falling asleep or bored out of his mind.

Ehh... hacking computers is pretty easy- now lockpicking's the tricky part. Every lock has its own "thing" going on, y'know?
I don't think pointing a *gun* at the guy was a particularly smart idea.
Those guys are SHOOTING? I didn't sign up for a gun fight- OH GOD! I don't wanna die! I-I'M LEAVING!

How does someone of your caliber mess up a simple bank robbery?
Our financials are good for the moment, so long as those insurance cheques keep clearing, of course.
You're going to want to stay on my *good* side.
