Project Overview
Hayashi Academy Audioplay is a dramatic reading/ play of Hayashi Academy, an original story written by Maddogg91. The story follows 25 students from different backgrounds attending a school on the large island of Hayashi, an island said to host magic, mystery, and lost technology. The students chosen to attend the academy have a slew of different abilities such as being a skilled swordsman to being an upincoming magic user. The possibilities are endless in Hayashi Academy, and the cast of characters allows for many adventures.

Low/Heavy Range
This character is usually very grumpy and a bully to those smaller and skinnier than him. He tends to snort and scoff a lot.

(confident) You guys are so puny!
(tired) Man, all we do at this damn academy is walk around... give me a break!
(grumpy) I want to punch that guy in his little tiny face.
Almost child like
This character is of few words. She is pessimistic and dark, only speaking in order to bring down the mood in the room. She speaks mostly to complain and sigh.

(sad) I'm going to die surrounded by the two biggest dorks in the academy.

Mid Range-Low, Sarcastic, cool-sounding
This character is very lazy and often times uninterested in the world around him. He is sarcastic and blunt at times. He also seems to be very popular with the ladies and often flirts with them.

(sarcastic) Nice going boy scout. You really nailed that right on the head.
Mid-range
(Aa-lay-see-a) (Maal-Tees)
This Character is very intelligent and calculating. She can be very blunt and cruel at times but seems to have a soft voice, mature sounding voice. She is cunning, quick-witted, sly, and speaks using a variant vocabulary.

Mid range
(Aa-ris-aa) (Hwa-ung)
Nationality: Korean
This character comes off as bossy because she is so used to taking care of her younger siblings. She is sweet natured and calm. She has a short fuse and become scary angry much like a mother or older sister.

Mid-High Range, Hyper sounding
This character is a cocky, self-minded individual who feels the need to lie to others in order to gain respect from his peers. He often says things without thinking about it, and objectifies women.

(confident) I could totally hit that can off the top of the car with this rock and my eyes closed.
(angry) Don't ignore me damn it!
(snarky) Heh. Lyra (Lie-Rah) and I are on the same team. That means we will be destined to be together after all.
High range
This character is very girly, has a cheery spirit and can be a klutz. She is somewhat a stereotypical blonde and easily convinced and persuaded. She is sweet and kind and aspires to be a stronger woman, like her late mother. She does not like violent or scary things.

(Scared) Ew! Yuck! That's the scariest looking bug I've ever seen!

High range (Male)/ Mid-High range (Female)
This character is best described as your traditional protoganist. He is young, easily excited, hyper, and kind-hearted. Kairu has a lot of energy in his voice and requires a lot of shouts of victory.

(Happy) Wow! Would you look at the size of this academy?
(Confident) I'm not going to stop until I beat you Arthur.
(sad) Maybe she is getting distracted because we are friends...
Mid range
This character is very soft spoken and only chimes in to conversations when his input will greatly affect the conversation. Though he is tall and physically imposing, he is a kind gentle giant.

(Content) Star, I am yours to command.
(Happy) If we put our heads together, we can think of something.
(Content) Let's get back to the matter that's at hand.
Mid Range, Soft
This character is a monk in training. He is very discipline and by the books, and acts as a student president of sorts for the others being that he is a native on the island. He is kind but does not allow others to break rules.
Nationality: Japanese
(Happy) I am Kobayashi, it's nice to meet you all.
(Confused) Why would you want to break the rules?
(Happy) Master Roshen! I think I am ready to go to the next level.

Mid range
This character is quiet and 75% disciplined. She is a closet pervert and will use her speed to peep on female classmates. She can be confident, brash, and blunt, and is normally straight to the point.

(Content) If you draw a sword be ready for a fight to the death.
(happy) You can talk to me about anything Tana (Tah-Na).
(serious) I don't take to kindly to people who try to hurt my freinds.
Low-Mid range
This character is a showoff but does not make conversation unless to make fun of others or detest a plan. He is very snarky and egomaniacal and refers to himself as the greatest archer ever.

(Confident) I am the Great Kaitsu [Kite-Soo], and none of you are worthy of my time.
(Angry) Dude you are a wimp!
(Angry) Keep your distance! I don't need you messing up my hair.
Mid range, Soft voice
This character is very mature for her age. She is often seen as the anchor of the team, rarely displaying anything but positive attitudes and emotions. She seems to be the most mature of all the students at the academy. She is also blind.

(Happy) I hope to get to know you all better.
(Happy) This place is my favorite of all the places on the island.
(Content) The wind and the sounds around me at as my eyes.
