Project Overview
Overview:
This series will be shorter than Hanyu and acts as a prequel, detailing the lives of the companions. After Tweaking Hanyu’s story a bit, I decided that all of these characters will also be part of Hanyu, with Hawke being the new hero’s guide.
Story:
It’s Monarchal Year 1346. 23 year old Hawke Baefounte has lived his entire life in the Avarian village. He’s called the best of his kind. The most vibrant wings, the strongest flier, the best with a spear. It should be no wonder that a prophet seemed him out and brought him to the palace to be a companion of the prophesied hero.
The other companions are darlings. All women, all warriors in their own right. Florence is a pure artist. Sarai is the most eccentric and friendly person he’s ever met. And Mirae? Mirae is just an absolute vision of beauty and grace. He quickly hit it off with all of them, even going so far as begin courting Mirae.
And yet....something seems so...off. The palace may be nice, and the royals are all kind (especially crown princess Polaris), but there’s something amiss. It all lies within the chosen Hero. Elric. He makes Hawke uneasy, puts him on edge. In his mind, he keeps asking himself this question over and over again.
Has anyone seen Elric convey any emotion at all?
What you need to audition:
- A good way to record
- Have a discord
- Be at least 14 or 15 years old, because there’s going to be a few more mature themes (violence, mentions of abuse, lgbt themes)

Hawke is our protagonist. He’s a skilled warrior. He’s seen as the golden boy in his village and is revered in high regard by everyone but himself. He’s friendly and he prides himself on being easy to get along with. He’s head over heels in love for Mirai. He can be a bit of a jokester, and very Strong willed.
(Surprised, greeting the prophet) Your All Knowingness! What owes us the pleasure?
(Nervous) Does something about Elric seem...off to you?
(Smitten with Mirai) You do realize how much a care about you, right? I don’t want anything bad to happen to you. You act like you don’t matter, but you do. To me. And I’ll keep telling you until you understand that.
Mirai is a very introverted and quiet person. She’s a 22 year old Aquarian. She’s very gentle and caring. She’s a skilled archer and a strong swimmer. She’s in love with Hawke and very sweet. She used to be a servant to an Aquarian Nobel.
(giggles) Greetings. I’m Mirai of the Aquarians. Pleased to make your acquaintance.
(Frowning) Perhaps he is right. Perhaps I am wasting your time.
(Smiling) Very well, then. I can make decisions too! (Stands up, triumphantly) I accept your courtship!
Florence is a 28 year old dragonborne Aristocrat. She comes across very mature and composed. She is very caring and has taken on a mother role. She’s a skilled healer and a fantastic archer. Though she‘s an aristocrat, she lives among the poor to defend them.
(coldly) I dare you to try something with me.
(Pleasantly surprised) Clever. Very clever.
(Smiles) There is beauty in all the world, my dear. You just need to look for it.
Sarai is a 26 year old Wolven nomad. Sarai is a loner and a skilled huntswoman. from a distance, she’s quiet and brooding. She’s excitable and loud person once you get to know her though. She is very friendly and gets sad and lonely when people go away for too long.
(excitedly) Hi! I’m Sarai! It’s been a while since I’ve seen a new person!!!
(Chuckles sadly) don’t get me wrong. This is an honour, but.... (sighs) I miss Bright Haven. I miss home.
(Determined) Alright, lets do this!
Elric is a cold, stone faced person. The most emotion he shows is arrogance. He’s snarky and puts a lot of people on edge. He’s 20.
(sneers) We shall see.
(Arrogantly) Haven’t you heard? I’m the chosen hero.
(Laughs) Is that all you got, bird brain?!
Polaris is the king’s only child. She’s a very curious person and loves reading. She’s only 19, and has a lot to learn about running a kingdom. She’s very innocent and sweet.
(Nervously) I know I have a lot to learn...but I’m ready to lead!
(Excitedly) greetings, heroes! Welcome to the palace!
(Shyly) Perhaps you could learn. I could teach you, Elric.
