Project Overview
What is this Project?
The following project is a fandub of a "On Pandora', a oneshot written and illustrated by mangaka Haruko Ichikawa, whose main serial work is Land of the Lustrous/Houseki no Kuni. This project will involve dubbing manga panels with accompanying soundtrack. Since this is a collaborative project and my first time directing a fan made dub, I would also personally love the input and suggestions from any of you who would love to join this project as well!
For those who haven't read the oneshot, the story runs as so. A mute freshman Loro joins a special girl's academy on Pandora, Saturn's moon. She begins to take an interest in the senior Truant, Nana Nijou after a supposedly fateful encounter.

Requirements of this project
This is an unpaid project, so I do not expect anything on a professional level. This is more of an opportunity to have fun and to try and gain some experience (I will be posting this online, so credit will be given!) However, I do expect that you are able to provide a variety of voices and be able to match the provided voice descriptions of each cast member to the best of your ability. However, do not let my own voice descriptions for the cast prevent you from improvising or putting your own take on the character as well!
For auditioning, I’d recommend the following steps:
- Have a look at the character/cast profiles provided and have a skim over the manga to get a better feel for which ones you would like to audition for
- Record yourself saying the provided lines, given the context of which they appear in the one shot. This is because the audition lines reprsent different moods the characters go through.
While not a strict requirement, it would be strongly preferred if you have discord, as this makes managing group communication a lot more easier. If you prefer to communicate through other means, please let me know!

The main truant and focus of the story. Doesn’t get along with her brother due to seeing his true nature and wants to find her own place in the galaxy. Was the human Kuadora bonded with when they were young.

The main freshman who attends Pandora academy and runs into Nana. they have a shared history together as childhood best friends. She is not human, rather she is a biomechanical robot born from the enceladus moon on saturn.
