Gravity Falls Audio Drama (Understudy Casting)
Project Overview
After gravity falls ended it really hit me and my friends hard, we loved the show and wanted to continue it in some way. Some of my friends made fan art, some done comic dubs, but I've decided to do something different, An Audio Series. I have a real soft spot for beauty and the beast stories so I decided to make this audio drama Called Mabel and the Triangle.
Its based off of gravity falls in which the pines twins come back to the mysterious town when they're nineteen years of age, but they're not the only ones who have come back. Bill somehow breaks free from Stan's mind and comes back for revenge. This project ships Mabel x Bill. It is fine if you do not support this ship.
(What I'm searching for in voice actors/actresses: good singing voices, and good acting, I'd also really appreciate it if you have clear microphones. if there is static it's fine, but it will take a lot of work to cover it up.) I hope this project goes far in the future. This is the casting call for episode two/and or future episodes, if you don't get a role there is always next time, for it is still early in the series.
VA Requirements:
1. The people who audition must have experience in acting, it is fine if they are actors in training, but they must know atleast a little bit about the acting catagory
2. Voice actors who audition must be 14 or older, this is due to the different voices of the characters in this series, like how dipper might need to have a VA that is a little older than fourteen or fifteen since he's somewhat an adult in this series and his voice has changed.
3. You must have a discord, a gmail, or some way i can contact you to recieve your lines
4. You must read the lines provided on the audition page. ( i know this is a dumb rule... and its quite shocking to admit this, but i've had a person do a take of their own lines when i had required certain verbal tests to see their range.) as i said before, its to test acting ranges, and probably even listening ranges.
5. ... do your best, and don't give up, for there is always next time.

Dipper's voice is slightly deeper than it was in the show. Its hard to explain, He has the same voice, but it sounds as though he's sort of an adult.
# (excited; overjoyed) SOOS YOU’RE A GENIUS!
# (worried;sad) Wendy you don’t understand.. I can’t live without Mabel. S-she’s my sister… we did everything together… no matter how weird or dangerous it was, we stuck through it together… and- (starts to cry) and now she’s gone!
# (disappointed;scared)It’s hopeless! We’ll never get her back at this rate! Why would she do this?! S-she’s terrified of bill! It should’ve been me!
I would think that the stuffiness in Mabel's voice would've gone down and she sounds more mature than she was in the show.
*yawns* (jokes) yeah.. heh I have no regrets! (sounds tired) ugh I'm going to pass out...
(terrified because bill is there) b-b-b-but y-you were erased! you're not real! YOU'RE NOT REAL!
(sing a sample of a song you know or something you think that best suits Mabel)
Bill cipher has his normal voice as featured on the show, so.... not very much difference in his voice in the series. Though his voice hasn't changed, he does tend to show more human-like emotions than on the show.
(Slightly Annoyed) So how’d you sleep?
(mabel screams for help; bill check on her to see whats going on and he finds her being absorbed by a giant slime monster) Bill: What's the matter shooting st- (freaking out) HOLY DEMONS OF PURGATORY!!
(bill begins to fight off the monster with his,,, demonic... powers?) (angry tone) HEY! YOU GO BACK INSIDE OF YOUR ROOM YOU PORTENTUM (Pore- Tent-Tum)

My scientifical research has proven no demon has a heart, especially bill, he may be the most heartless demon out of all of them.

Soos sounds exactly how he sounded in the show. other than him being dressed in a mystery shack uniform he's actually about the same.
# (excited) Dudes you're back!
# (scared) OH NO IT'S THE TRIANGLE GUY!
# (to bill) well, you're shaped like a triangle and all, so you're the triangle guy.
Wendy's voice sounds a little deeper than her original voice in the show, and she would sound more mature since she is twenty one
# (overjoyed) Dipper, Mabel you guys are back!
# (angry) if you lay a finger on her i'll punch your eye out in quicker than a second!
# (improvise line)
Sarah is the true villain of this series. She was turned into a demon after bill had destroyed her because the darkness within her heart wouldn't let her go down without revenge. I think in the past her voice would've sounded sweet or innocent, and when she was changed into a demon I would think her voice would be sort of dark and angry, with a slight bit of crazy mixed in.

(presenting tone) Welcome one and all, to the new and improved. WEIRDMAGGEDON!!
the narrator has to be someone who's good at narrating XD it is called narrator after all
Narrator: Long ago, before the existence of gravity falls, a demon was created with a heart. He tried to fit in with other demons, but he would always be too soft to kill anybody, a matter of fact he even denied doing anything evil. most of the demons within the parallel universe complained to the demon counsel about his caring-like actions. The Head demons decided they were going to send the one eyed creature to a new-found universe to test him to see if he was worthy of living in their dimension. While in this universe the demon had fallen in love with a mortal woman. he gave her everything she could have ever wanted. But sadly the creature had found out he meant nothing to her, and that she didn't feel the same way. This angered him. It angered him s much he destroyed her whole family, including herself. His heart broken and his anger pumping he left the universe and came back to the demon counsel. They were overjoyed on his actions so they let him stay in the demon realm. Ever since then every demon was TERRAFIED of him. Ever since then, he vowed to never love again.
Robbie is out of the depressed stage of a teenager and is living a happier life, so he's more joyful now, and friendly, but he can still be a downer at times. His voice also sounds about the same but more energetic

(muffled noises)
(angry tone; terrified)Crazy! EVERYONE IN THIS TOWN IS CRAZY! YOU WANT TO FIGHT A DEMON THAT ONCE DESTROYED THIS TOWN BEFORE?! ARE YOU NUTS?!
a Composer is somebody who knows how to compose music. I might need muiltiple people for this just incase one of the com[posers gets sick or somehow cannot finish their music.

Since Dipper and Mabel are Nineteen in this series I think Dipper's voice would be a lot deeper than it was in the show, I know his voice would still crack a lot as well, but not as much. (the dipper we casted hasn't responded to any of our messages yet, we are trying to cast an understudy if he does not respond at all, or if he is too sick to do his part)
(Worried) Mabel did you Stay up all night worrying again?
(Angry) Say that about my sister one more time you monster and I'll make sure you'll have NO eye!
(Nervous) Oh- uh h-hey Wendy, how is it going?
