Glacier Hill Academy

Principal Aaron Constantine Brown (SPECIES UNKNOWN) is a very important figure in this story. He himself is an elusive man and he makes a point to keep to himself when necessary. He often with-holds information and its present in the way he speaks, guarded and near defensive a lot of the time. He tries to stay analytical and professional in most in not all endeavors and is very often dismissive of others. (Age 32)

He shows up a lot in the story, he's extremely important to the plot itself and has various sub-plots with other characters that will be explored in the podcast. (He is however not a lead.)

Similar to any other character, in order to see any in depth information you should reach me via [redacted] and I'll give information as necessary. 

Lais Harbringer, a satyr, is one of the teachers at Glacier Hill Academy, He has an important role in the story and he's also important in a major side storyline that the main character involves herself in. Lais is mentor to Eldritch Olivers, and they both end up having points of contention with each other throughout the story. (Age 34)

Lais himself is a kind man. He's often strict with rules but all he wants is to protect. He hopes to be someone students can rely on and doesn't want to be someone that cannot be trusted. His position at the school is primarily a Social Studies teacher for Freshmen/Sophomore's.

Lais is someone who often makes a point to stay professional in the way he speaks, but he's always soft-spoken one way or another. His voice is often portrayed as melodic.

There's still a lot more to Lais that I haven't mentioned! And if more information is needed on this character, I could share the extensive lore document for GHA that includes a better dive into him and his character. (This also goes for anyone that you can audition for!)

[Stern, a bit softhearted however, tries to be strict in the gentlest way he can, Mid-low, a bit accented].

Sinclair Nobleman, a selkie, is a transmasculine teacher at Glacier Hill Academy! He however hasn't done any medical transitioning or done HRT quite yet, so his voice is still pretty feminine. (Age 28)

Sinclair works as one of the combat teachers for this school. (For freshman/sophomores). He too has a lot of impact on this story even despite it being a bit more indirect.

He's an outspoken kind of guy who doesn't shy away from being unapologetically himself. It often shows in his voice and tone that he's competitive and forward.

Otis Raquelle, a large, almost intimidating man- (yet another one of the teachers at this school). He's a dragonborn and specializes at GHA as a school counselor. He has an intimidating sort of persona, albeit curious. He doesn't mean to come off this way, however. He's a sweet man and makes a point to be that way, he cares sincerely about what he does and for the students. (Age 37)

Otis has a REALLY weird relationship with this storyline, and his character is explored in a deeply intriguing way throughout the story.

His voice is mid-deep; he can be pictured to sound like a deeper version of the narrator from Stanley Parable kind of. :D If more information is necessary, please inquire to me directly!

Malachite Norris, a griffin, is yet another one of the teachers at this school! He's a very stoic individual. His daughter Esmerelda attends this school, and he seems to have a very negative relationship with her. This serves as a small side conflict in the story that the protagonist unintentionally involves herself in. (Age 38)

He's another teacher who specializes in attack-based classes at the school, (Particularly sword wielding/blacksmithing.)

He serves an important role in this story and is one of the teachers that has the most weight on how the story will progress.

His voice is mid-deep, usually solemn and almost indifferent sounding. (I will offer more information if inquired directly.)

Sullivan Pretence, a short-tempered human, is one of the main deans at Glacier Hill. He has a standoffish and almost snarky demeanor. Sullivan makes a point to be as professional as can be and isn't much of a talker. (Age 33)

His voice is mid-deep, but when he speaks it's usually to be loud and booming (to make announcements and of the like). He usually sounds a bit impatient and almost sassy/refined sounding.

He's also EXTREMELY important to this story and will most likely be heard from a lot.

Meredith Halloway (SPECIES UNKNOWN.) is an elusive figure around the school! They're mainly seen to be interacting with Ms. Zephyr Faith. Meredith is one of the main nurses at GHA and will be heard from a lot in the story :D (Age 31)

Gentle individual, she's really good with children and with that, an exemplary good nurse. She cares deeply for everyone she comes accross and only wishes the best for them. 

Their voice is around medium pitched, they try to sound warm and gentle in the way they speak, especially when handling hypothetical patients i nthe nurses office.

Zephyr Faith! A woman of many talents and jobs. She's of the vampiric species and works at GHA as multiple things- (Yes, she convinced Principal Aaron to let her.) She works as one of the main custodians, and does various tasks around the school, so she's seen pretty often. It's in her nature to keep busy and keep her mind on something for an amount of time, so being able to multitask is one of her biggest talents, so to speak :D (Age unknown but presents herself as 34.)

She's kind and knowledgeable, she is often blunt however especiall with the truth. She doesn't like to sugarcoat things.

She too has a REALLY big role in this story and a lot of it deals with Meredith. Her voice is usually perceived to be medium pitched at most- She's an open person, and her voice is usually pretty calm. She's extremely talkative but in a slow, smooth kind of way.

Chandler Hemsworth is Mitch Hemsworth's fiancé. Chandler works as a magic wielding/potion making class for all students. He's a warlock and enjoys his work. He often has gaps in his memory and forgetfulness as a result- (Age 29) He's a kind individual and is VERY big on boundaries. 

His role is also extremely important, and a lot of his interactions have to do with Mitch.

His voice is around medium-high(ish) pitched. You could probably stand to hear his voice reading a book or a poem. His voice is perceived to sound bright, but in a laid-back sort of way. (If that makes sense?) He sounds self-assured, without room for doubt most of the time.

JJ-CPU Is yet another dean at Glacier Hill Academy. He was born as a byproduct of a computer related program. He has two other siblings that attend this school. :D He is one of the main monitors of the security cameras at GHA by being able to move through computer programs' code/mainframes. JJ is also an assistant defense teacher on occasion for Zephyr Faiths' class. ('Age' 34)

JJ Is a controlled individual (In comparison to his siblings imo.) And is a solitary individual at times. JJ values being able to be of service and he hopes to accomplish that the best he can. 

His voice is mid-deep pitched, often with a veil of 'static' over his voice, as if he were speaking from a computer program itself. So, his voice often sounds 'robotic'. (Please make sure to use a voice changer when auditioning for this character if possible!)

1. Autumn Towne (Present age 33) An elf- grew up in a small village southeast of Indra. Word of cross-continental phenomena often took longer to reach parts of Indra and even Muriel entirely, so Glacier Hill Academy didn’t get to Indra when Autumn would’ve needed it most. She grew up poor, as some of the main hierarchy in Muriel was dependent on what you could offer. Whether that be resource or service, Autumn being a young child–wasn’t able to be much help to her or her slowly decaying family. She grew up in a hotspot for corruption, where folks around her easily succumbed to darkness and to fall. She often tried to reason with people before they finally fell under but always came back short. Mental health and being able to take care of one's mental health was an important value to Autumn. When word of Glacier Hill Academy applications finally reached Indra, Autumn sought opportunity and left Indra. This journey had taken an extremely long time (Lasting about 3 years. Travel in Muriel hadn’t been the most advanced considering that magic was a huge part of the way their society functioned). 

2. Present day, Autumn is an individual that deeply values hard work and putting in the effort to succeed. She’s one of the main counselors at Glacier Hill Academy. She wishes to be a safe space for students and to give them the means to succeed. She wants to see those around them succeed, no matter who they are or their background. Her main role is to be someone Kitsune confides in, someone who offers her solutions and someone who sees some of her lowest moments in the show.

3. Her voice is often perceived to be medium pitched, she's witty but also sympathetic in the way she speaks. She speaks strong and her voice is resonant. 

1. Paradigm Province (Present age 30) A witch, grew up in a small, sophisticated society nestled in the Kingdom of Nepenthes before the war. She studied to be a psychologist but that wish changed the second the war started and she was forced to flee. She’d found Nikolai, battered and beaten somewhere in the forest, likely enlisted to the war. She took him under his wing and they grew together like siblings. Where Paradigm went; so did he. So when Paradigm heard news of Glacier Hill Academy and planned a trip to Domebrich; Nikolai followed. 

2. Paradigm is similar to Ezekiel in the regard where she needs to keep moving and progressing, and so they become friends because of this. (Which is where Paradigm will most often come up.) She and Nikolai now work at GHA together.

3. She’s defensive as a person, and with that she deeply values Nikolai–and will ALWAYS make a point to keep him safe and protect him.

4. They're a fierce woman who values what she stands for deeply. She cares and it shows in her words.

1. Athens (Age 31), a human(?), was a childhood friend of Tellulah's, and decided to come work at GHA on a whim because of it. They aren’t the closest now but she tries her best to make small talk whenever possible. She just hopes they can be as close as they once were.

2. She’s a good teacher, she cares for her students and makes a point to give them respect as long as she gets it in return. She does her best to be ‘down to macrocosm’ and as real of a human being as she can be. Not just a teacher or mentor, but a real person who wants to teach real, and BE genuine.

3. Her voice is high-pitched, she's energetic in the way she speaks but in a way that's subtle, sort of. She cares deeply and puts in a lot of effort for those she cares about, and she's often blunt unintentionally because of it. 

1. Charlie, (present age 30) grew up in the Datura Kingdom. Charlie was born into a small minority of Maybell lily-peoples. In this kingdom, (especially during the early times of Charlie’s youth,) small minorities like these were often prejudiced against, so Charlie had basically had to live her childhood as an invalid. The strange thing was that, even despite the fact that often species like these were able to hereditarily gain some sort of plant-based soul sustained magic, Charlie was never lucky enough to get to experience this for herself. 

2. She’s a strict but kind woman, she still carries the weight of the prejudice of her peoples with her always however. She hopes to enlighten and teach students, but also ensure they know that they cannot be coddled in such a world where people are often easily discriminated against. So, she consistently is seen to come off as harsh and cruel, but her only intentions are to not give students false, idealistic views of the world. 

3. Her role in the story is to be a teacher that often catches a few of the students misbehaving and being where they aren’t supposed to and initiating detentions. (These will mostly be for when I have parts with the other characters that are Juniors/Seniors that interact with Kitsune and Samiyah.)

4. Charlie often as an authoritative tone, one that doesn't open up much over interpretation as to what she truly means in context for a situation, and this often causes her to come off as harsh and even abrasive.

1. Gerard Pines, (present age 37), a pheonix, grew up a very mundane kid. He always sought more from his life however. Gerard was a human growing up in a rural area of Indra, where other humans weren’t always able to make lives for themselves. Gerard sought to change this however. He’d moved to Domebrich to better learn music, a subject he’d always felt so closely connected to as a kid. When he heard that this infamously known school Glacier Hill Academy was opening up, (a HIGHLY unprecedented mark of history, he’d say), he rushed to the opportunity. He now works as the band director as well as the marching band director. 

2. Gerard is an innovative person, he strives to try and solve problems in unique ways. He doesn’t want to fall behind and prove that people like him couldn’t make it in this world, he tries to defy the odds at every measure and this makes him a bit of a competitive person at times. He’s an energetic person and enjoys bonding with students because all of their talents deeply matter to him and he wants every student he teaches to succeed. 

3. Gerard has a medium-pitched sounding voice, if not a bit low- he's reverent in the way he speaks, albeit a bit firm and professional. He makes a point to be genuine in his words.

1. All you get to know about her is that she’s a really cool defense teacher and she gives candy to her students. She’s also the ringleader to her own circus and the students get taken on a field trip to her circus at some point so that’s fun !! (Age 35)

2. She’s also a really passionate teacher that values what she does. She’s often a bit sarcastic or snarky but it’s all with good intention. She's kind and offers support where it's due. 

3. She has a medium-high pitched voice, she often sounds sarcastic in the way she speaks and even at times ingenuine- this isn't intentional, however.

1. (Age 31) All you get to know about him is that he’s Darceanne’s assistant (occasionally) and also teaches chemistry for Juniors/Seniors, he’s also a really deep n brooding guy who doesn’t speak much unless with Darceanne. (They bicker a lot like siblings)

2. He’s polite and respectful for the most part, unless you give him reason not to be. As mentioned, before he doesn’t speak much, and that goes for the class he teaches, too. He doesn’t really like speaking for the most part.

3. When he does speak however he is heard to have a medium sounding voice, it's gentle and melodic as a lullaby would be. His voice often gets sharp whenver he raises it, but that isn't often.

1. Nikolai is often underestimated, he has severe PTSD from his time enlisted in the War of Thornes. (That one war I still have to remind myself which one it was, I think it was between Nepenthes and Datura but I’m not entirely sure.) (Age 29)

2. He was found beaten and battered in the middle of a forest where he was found by Paradigm. They now work together at GHA-

3. He has severe trauma from the war and this leads him to be distant in most cases. He’s an assistant teacher for Paradigm but he’s mostly spending his time grading. 

4. He’s kind, albeit a bit insincere at times unintentionally, he often can’t read social cues and prefers to stay in his/Paradigm’s office alone, and Paradigm enjoys spending time with him. He's often pretty negative on a good day, not intentionally- but he feels as if he's been conditioned to view the cup half empty.

5. He's often perceived to have a deep voice- often disdainful sounding or just overall melancholic. He however attempts cheeriness in the way he speaks but he doesn't have much of the motivation to see the positives.

1. Silas Goodard is Borealis’ older brother. He’d moved away when Borealis was young and married to a high school sweetheart. (She nearly killed him but yk we’ll get into that another day). Silas is nothing like his younger brother, and he makes a point to keep away from him. The family that he and his brother grew up in was mostly based around trivial matters and Silas never felt disconnected from the snobby nature of his family. How unsympathetic they were as a family line. So he left.

2. Silas is now 30. He left when he was 20 however. He specializes at GHA as the course coordinator. With this, he hopes to teach students how to keep away from corrupt moral values and to at least be presented with positive ones. 

3. Also, he and his family posed as humans for a very long time, even despite being all harpy’s. He now embraces who he is and regrets never getting to truly be himself when he was younger.

4. His voice is medium-'high'-Ish pitched. The way he speaks often sounds nostalgic and even on occasion conversational, he tries to be frank in how he speaks most of the time and doesn't like letting his walls down.

Reuben Emery, a human(?), is sister to Samiyah Emery. He too is a really important character and holds a lot of weight in the story. He's a quiet and soft-spoken individual. He tries to keep his tone quiet and calm, even when he's upset. (Age 16)

He's a responsible person- and he makes a point to be as responsible as he can. He's also really polite, and indirectly cares for those he surrounds himself with, with sincerity.

Eldritch Olivers, (age 15), is yet another student at Glacier Hill Academy. He is mostly associated with Lais and is where most of his intentions for the story lie. He has an important side story that Kitsune embarks on and tries to unravel as they interact.

Eldritch Olivers basks in his solitude, and he hates others in his business. An intuitive shapeshifter he is, and he uses it to his advantage. He doesn't trust easily and won't do anything for others, no matter what they offer. He follows in the teachings Lais once offered to him while they were alongside each other way before Glacier Hill. But now things are different.

His voice is considered medium pitched, he's often austere and rude. He does what he can to keep others out of his space best he can. He values peace and it shows whenever others bother him or attempt most conversation with him, he only interacts with people if he has to, as he doesn't usually see a need to seek people out.

Antonio Ormaine is 16, another student who attends Glacier Hill Academy- he's often seen as childish due to his easily excitable nature around others. He's underestimated despite being a genuinely intelligent person that offers thoughtful insight on occasion. (He's a humanoid cockatiel :D)

He's an avid collector, and almost constantly has various trinkets on his person. 

His voice is often energetic and filled with a genuine excitement that is often considered childish. He enjoys a lot of simple passions-

Ulysses Evermore, 15- she's quite the character. She enjoys the thrill of being able to use her fists, of being able to have the upper hand in a situation. She's rival to Borealis and this proves to add a side conflict in the story.

Ulysses is thoughtful, even despite her almost reckless passion in her training and who she is. She's overall a reckless person that doesn't mind the prospect of sacrifice, as she often feels as if there's nothing much she HAS to sacrifice to begin with. 

Her voice is medium-high pitched, often animated and energetic in a soothing kind of way. Her vice can often be a bit grating or raspy considering how loud she is, which causes a bit of strin in her voice.

Borealis Datoura, age 16, a harpy posing as a human- ends up being quite the source of trouble for the protagonist. He's a pompous person, who often acts entitled and as if he has superiority over those around him, not just because of his status as the Datura kingdoms heir, but because of the privilege he has had to learn so much so young. He's often burdened by how much knowledge he was basically forced to acquire at a young age, and he wished his brother never left him behind. He's rival to Ulysses, someone who offers a distraction to the heavy weight he feels he carries on his shoulders at times.

He's a snarky and 'know-it-all' kind of individual, He put's others down because it gives him the ability to avoid his own flaws passionately. He sounds 'sophisticated' in some ways however and he makes a point to be unsympathetic. He presents himself as to be a very proud individual.

His voice is seen to be mid-high pitched.

V-CPU (14) Is the youngest of his computer program, meaning too that he's the youngest to JJ and Q. He's an arrogant being that won't put himself in a position where he has to offer up himself unless he's given something in return. He uses the fact that he can travel through various code to his advantage- and sometimes hacks the computer programs in his spare time for fun. He's considered one of the popular kids because Q-CPU is popular. V doesn't necessarily see himself that way, though. He values control in most if not all situations.

His voice is medium pitched, often with a veil of 'static' over his voice, as if he were speaking from a computer program itself. So, his voice often sounds 'robotic'. (Please make sure to use a voice changer when auditioning for this character if possible!)

Q-CPU Is the middle child between JJ and V, so he's 16. He's someone who specializes in withholding information, considering how he's been able to find so much of it through snooping and eavesdropping. He's one of the popular kids, and he uses his 'following' to his advantage to get away with causing his own chaos in the school. He's pretty unsympathetic and immature in his own right.

His voice is medium-deep pitched, often with a veil of 'static' over his voice, as if he were speaking from a computer program itself. So, his voice often sounds 'robotic'. (Please make sure to use a voice changer when auditioning for this character if possible!)

Esmerelda Norris, daughter to Malachite Norris- She's someone who often cowers, mainly because she was conditioned to act that way. She often comees off as insincere, but that's mainly because of the treatment she had to face when she was younger, that led her to feeling so indifferent. She hopes one day to be able to stand against her fathers neglect and finally leave once and for all, but she knows she may never give herself the courage.

She's quietly helpful, she cares in her own subtle way, even though she fears to show it. She tries to blend into the background, if only to keep herself safe.

Her voice is medium-deep pitched, her voice is calm, almost eerily so at times. She tries hard not to express emotion, to make herself as invisible as possible at times. She hopes to one day be able to break away from this and finally let down these walls.

Muriel Novalite- (17) an intriguing being, she's a mercreature, meaning that her entire being is solely made up of water, and so she can manipulate her physical form with it. She has a fierce spirit but she often makes a point to rein herself in. She's an anomalous creature, having been created in a lab  that a group of Satyr's once worked in. She eventually escaped and ended up here, so here's where she is now.
