Personality: Out of the four, Winston is perhaps the most conventional. He is the common man of the Ghostbusters. He is a responsible dependable person, however as shown in the jail in Ghostbusters he does think for himself. His Christian background shows sometimes in ethical issues, and may be partly why he is so dependable. Winston takes over the mechanical aspect of Ecto-1, leaving Ray more time to work with Egon and build new equipment.

  • (Peter wants to find out what Winston found.)

I found out what it's like to eat a half-pound of matzah brei. And I bought a 'roll-x' watch from a weepy guy named Gambini. Other than that,  nothin'. I found Ecto-1 with three parking tickets under the wiper and a boot on the wheel.

  • Egon and Ray are missing, and we think something's up. Will you listen to me!?

  • I'm a Ghostbuster, fool... I ain't 'fraid of no ghost!

Personality: Egon is hard-working and constantly focused on the paranormal activity of New York. His life revolves around scientific study, in general as well as on ghosts. In his spare time, he collects spores, molds, and fungus. He doesn't articulate his emotions well and has described himself as "always serious. Egon has a very dry sense of humor, once jokingly stating that most women would be "more interested in his epididymis," rather than his intellect. He is not immune to anger, as under duress he has been shown to swear twice during the Gozer incident.

  • I'm afraid he's right. I'm detecting paranormal activity in the area.

  • Don't fire. They're still human, they're just possessed.

  • It's hopeless. Hell has taken all the vanity and self-obsession in this city, and used it against us.

Personality: Peter is portrayed as the "lazy" Ghostbuster. He doesn't usually take his work seriously, has a dry sense of humour, and flirts with women, including clients such as Dana Barrett and Ilyssa Selwyn. While Peter is a scientist, he isn't as technically experienced or academically inclined as Egon and Ray, and also tends to be more aggressive when fighting ghosts.

  • [An old lady shushes him]

Look, lady, we're here on official business. If we don't do our jobs, this entire show could start to suck.

  • Ladies and man-ladies, your attention, please. As many of you know, your old director was... A hack!! I'm here to breathe new life into your production! I will impart unto you what six months at East Village Improv Olympics imparted unto me. I want you to ask yourself--what is this play about? Then, I want you to tell me, because I haven't read the script!

  • Lemme guess. Ray went for a bikini wax and it ended badly.

Personality: Ray is regarded by Peter as the "heart of the Ghostbusters." Indeed, Ray displays a level of ebullience when it comes to Ghostbusting and paranormal science in general unmatched by any of his colleagues (One example is were Peter was slimed by Slimer is where he exclaims "That's great! ACTUAL physical contact!"). His mention of an undersea, unexplained mass sponge migration shows he's more than eager to go anywhere it takes to study the strange and unusual. Ray is generally the most positive of the group in outlook, however bits of cynicism will surface on occasion.

  • Really? Sounds like it could be a manifested Rusalka or maybe a Yuki-Onna! Definitely soe class of vivisimulating succubus..

  • Nothin to worry about, ma'am.

  • (guy wants to know where they keep all the ghosts)

Young Adult | Middle Age Accent Clip #1 | Accent Clip #2

Personality: Janine is highly sardonic with her eccentric bosses, while taking her job in such an unusual business in stride. As such, no matter how strange circumstances become at work, she is largely unflappable. Her hobbies included racquetball and reading. In the first film, Janine showed romantic interest in Egon, but by the second film, begins a relationship with Louis Tully.

  • Hang on, I got one more for ya over on central Park West. A lady says the Ghosts of John Lennon is haunting the place where she's saying. She says hes plays his music too loud.

  • (about her new outfit)

    So? Whaddaya think?

  • (answer the phone)

    Ghostbusters.
