Clarifications
Hello!! After reviewing some of your submissions and working 1 on 1 with some of you, I've been able to better understand how to properly communicate what I'm looking for and the process behind how all of this will work. So here are a few updates to the role and process!!

Trying out:
There will be a tryout if you are selected to advance. You'll be tasked with editing a 20 minute video as best you can to resemble what a typical video on my channel looks like. (Further details discussed if selected)
I am looking for someone that is able to recreate my editing style, making videos almost indistinguishable from my own (this is why I note being familiar with channels like CxK, berleezy etc. because it makes adapting way easier and allows us to get started quicker)
You must watch at least one of the noted channels in the project description, or at least watch 2 videos of mine before submitting. This is once again to make the overall process easier and faster, as well as a way for you to see if this editing style is something you for you or can quickly adapt to at the least.
I prefer someone with similar interests & humor as me because it's easier to explain what I want in certain videos when you are already familiar with most of the references, topics, and even memes that'll be implemented. (If I ask for a certain meme, joke, or reference to be added in, you must be somewhat familiar with it, so that it is implemented properly and makes sense). If you watch anything from me or the channels listed and have no idea what we're referencing or talking about half the time, then this role isn't for you.
You must be okay with having meetings with me to discuss and go over videos together in real time (calls via discord)
You must have a somewhat flexible schedule (there may be times where video production is high frequency)
Payment:
Payment is per week, but there may be times where payment is per video. If you only produce one video in a week, I am not paying the same rate as I would for a normal 2-3 video week.
Payment is reflective of work ethic. If you're producing top tier videos, then I'll do my best to compensate you accordingly, the same is true for low effort videos as well.
For our first few times working together, payment will be sent after reviewing a video (for scam protection reasons) until trust is established, then automatic payments will be sent at the end of each week.
Yes the pay for all of this may seem low right now, I am trying to work with what I have and a large percentage of my income is going towards you, please be patient as pay WILL increase overtime.
Personal:
You must be comfortable with answering basic questions about your background and history. I need to know who I'm working with and associating the channel with as you will become a huge part of the community and channel. (I don't want any bad people associated with me or what I do, it's a reflection of the channel)
You must be comfortable with being mentioned in videos here & there and may be required to make a cameo appearance once in a while
It's a lot easier working with someone that I am familiar with and have similar interests with. While yes this is somewhat of a boss/employee dynamic (I moreso view it as a team) , I prefer being able to consider you a friend that I enjoy working with :)
This is a long-term role with a lot of requirements. As mentioned above, a lot of effort and money is going into this so I want to be as thorough as possible and make sure it is money and time well spent.
