Game of Truth | Gacha Club VA project
Project Overview
INTRODUCTION
Hello! I'm currently looking for voice actors, singers and animators to work with me in the Gacha Club mini movie, "Game of Truth". The friend group trio, consisting of the girls Lee Saerom, Park Eunseo and Kim Chaewon, tell us the moving and emotional story of friendship and truth. Taking place in a Korean high-school, the three girls find themselves trapped in their homeroom on the last day of school. This will be a short-term commitment project, and will take 1-2 months at most.
VOICE ACTORS
Chosen voice actors are required to re-record takes if ever asked to. Once you receive a script, you may give me feedback if you choose to do so (which is always appreciated!), however I do ask that you rehearse your lines to me whenever available on voice chat! This way, I can give you directions on how certain lines should be said, portrayed etc. I would like to note that you don't need to worry about background noise too much. I do know a thing or two about audio mixing so I am able to remove it myself, although mic quality is something I look for when listening to auditions.
SINGERS
I'm looking for three singers to sing for the three lead characters. The song you will be asked to sing is the chorus of "Time for the Moon Night", by GFRIEND. The song is in Korean, however I will be writing English lyrics relating to the mini movie's theme which you will sing to instead. I do have specific requirements when you record your parts so that I can mix everyone's parts together and make it sound as professional as possible so please do keep that in mind when auditioning!
ANIMATORS
I will have multiple animators animate various parts of the project. You will only be required to animate one part per each person. EX: Scene 1: Person 1, Scene 2: person 2 ETC. I do need someone to put all the parts together however.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be 14+ to audition.
- Please send auditions in either .Mp3 OR .Wav FORMAT.
- Only 3 takes, MAX.
- Discord tag and name must be included.
- Singers are required to sing songs that display your range. Auditionees with high voice are more likely to be accepted because the song you will be asked to sing is very high.

Saerom is a very caring and bubbly girl! She's 17 years old, and the youngest of the three although being the tallest. She's known around the school for being athletic and bright, some may even say she always lightens the mood when things are rough! Even with her friends, she's like the glue that keeps them together.

[Excited/Happy] : Eek! I can't believe it's already the end of the school year.
[Comforting/joking] : It's probably our seniors pulling a prank on us before they graduate. Don't worry about it, Eunseo!
[Worried/Nervous - trying to lighten up the mood] ] : It's been an hour. I'm sure our seniors went to grab a snack, nothing to worry about! (Nervous chuckle)
Eunseo is a playful and fun girl. She's known for being fashionable and cool, and is quite popular in the school. She loves to tease her friends, and joke around a lot but she always stands up for them if anyone else apart from herself teases them (Only she's allowed to make fun of her friends). Eunseo has a very laid back, and mature voice. Almost like a cat!

[Playful/Joking] : You're so short Chaewon! You're like a minion, it's so cute~ (loving/teasing).
[Nervous/scared] : Uh... Saerom? The door— it won't budge.
[Sobbing/sad] : I-I'm so sorry (sniff), I didn't mean to hurt you Saerom. Everytime I see you, I regret what I did. I regret it so much (crying).
Chaewon is the smart kid who never got bad grades. I guess you could say the "goody two shoes" of the group, at least that's what everyone else says. But only Saerom and Eunseo know that out of the three of them, Chaewon is the least innocent. She's a smart talker and very clever. Chaewon is the oldest in the group but unfortunately, also the shortest.

[Sad/reminiscing] : Remember when we used to go sneak out late at night? We'd always go to the 24h café and just gossip. (Sad/quiet giggle) I can't believe I'd miss something as simple as that right now.
