Futwari wa Pretty Cure! Fandub
Project Overview
This is an English fandub of Futari wa Pretty Cure as the first part of my Pretty Cure Megaproject in which I aim to make fandubs of every Pretty Cure Season! I myself will be taking on the role of Cure White, hence why an audition for her wasn't added. Nagisa is a star lacrosse player at Verone Academy. She is very energetic and popular among other girls for her passionate nature, much to her dismay. She is weak with academics but her pure spirit makes up for it. She also has a large appetite and loves to eat chocolate, Fujita Akane's takoyaki, and- according to Honoka- food with the word "yaki" in it. She can be childish and easily angered and loves to go out and play when it's nice and sunny.
Despite her sporty nature, Nagisa is actually very girly and self-conscious. She has a large collection of stuffed animals and loves to shop, although she tends to squander her money and usually doesn't have any when she really needs it. Nagisa also has a crush on Honoka's childhood friend,Fujimura Shougo, and gets flustered whenever he is around. At times she is shown to be envious of Honoka since she gets confessions and love letters from boys more than twice a month.
Deep down she can be sensitive, and she hates arguing with friends or seeing someone in pain above all else. Nagisa also has a great sense of justice, but it is hidden inside of her and only comes out when someone is in danger. She hates that innocent people get hurt for things they had nothing to do with.

"The Emissary of Light, Cure Black!"
"What's the use of being admired by girls? I wish guys would confess to me, too..." (exasperated)
"I wish for a boyfriend and slim legs and to be able to eat TONS of chocolate cake and to buy fancy clothes!" (spoken in a hurried tone)
Mepple is very arrogant because of his status as a chosen warrior. Because of this, he always expects the best of everything and to be respected by others. Due to how he often criticizes or taunts Nagisa, the two of them argue a lot while he feels no regret. Due to both having a temper and stubborn personalities, they instantly deny any accusations that they are like each other.
Despite this, when he is with Mipple, he is a much gentler person and loves her very much. He never demands things from her, and always hugs/cuddles her when they can see each other. This makes him mildly jealous of Pollun due to their close past, and often wishes that he'd be less selfish. Though he is just as selfish, usually whining about being hungry, or just acting too lazy to do anything. He even has said Nagisa is very easy to manipulate.

Like Honoka, Mipple is very reserved and formal, but also very patient and kind. Taking any problem to come her way with a smile. Due to her motherly nature, Mipple often talks with Honoka when she feels sad or in need of advice, and also is the one to comfort Pollun during one of his tantrums. She has a strong sense of responsibility. She's a lot less reserved around her boyfriend, Mepple, but she can get very upset with him when he makes a really big mistake such as the loss of the Prism Hopish.

"From now on we will all fight together with you two as Pretty Cure, the emissaries of Light!"
"From now on, let's stick together!"
Evil King is described as the most evil existence in this series. He loves destruction and wants to accomplish eternal life, since the Power of Destruction is killing himself. For his sake, he destroyed the Garden of Light and and stole five of the seven Prism Stones. He is impatient and threats his henchmen when they were not able to steal the two remaining Prism Stones.
While Ilkubois (his strongest royal henchman at that time) was beating the Pretty Cures, the extremely cold-hearted Evil King killed him because Ilkubo could potentially damage the Prism Stones. Since he sees the Power of Creation as his rightful property, he will even devour his own Seeds of Darkness to obtain the immortality they bring.

"Why do you not have the Prism Stones?"
"Prism Stones...five of the seven are already in our possession. Pisard, your mission is to obtain the two that were stolen."
"To survive, I need the power that comes from all seven Prism Stones. When all seven are gathered, I will become immortal."
Pisard acts like an ordinary minion of the main villain, having no empathy or sympathy for innocent people, but is fearful and afraid of his leader's rage. It is shown that he thinks of himself extremely highly: When given one last chance to defeat Pretty Cure upon taking Mipple from them, rather than destroying them, he returns Mipple to Honoka, intending to display his strength to his fellow Dotsuku Zone members by fighting the Cures at their full strength.
Pisard does not got along well with any of the others in the Dotsuku Zone, which may be because he is the weakest of them. However, he fears the Evil King and sometimes shows slight respect to Ilkubo.

"I am called Pisard. Hand over the phone creature." (It's not Piss-ard, it's Pee-sard like "shard" without the 'h')
"Well, well, well. Looks like the second one showed up. Saves me the trouble of finding you."
Shougo is sporty and athletic, mostly participating in soccer. He is also caring, though he can be rather oblivious of Nagisa's feelings for him most of the time.
Fujipi shows up rather frequently in the episodes, so he's separate from the other male students.

These roles will include Yumiko, Shiho, Rina, and Yuriko! As well as other spare voices needed.
As this one's more freeform, don't be afraid to improv a few lines! Just remember: They're junior high school girls!

He tends to have trouble with Nagisa, a student of his, as she does not make an effort to prepare for his class. In the first episode, Miyashita calls on a dozing Nagisa to answer a problem on the blackboard, which she is unable to do, disappointing him as he reminds her that she's a second-year junior high student and thus should know the answer. However, Honoka steps in, noting that Nagisa wouldn't be able to solve the problem as Miyashita wrote it in an erroneous way. He is embarrassed, but notes that he will be more careful in the future.

Ryouta is mostly like any other little brother; gets into arguments with his sister, tries to do school work (though with about as much success as Nagisa), and wants to show his parents he can be responsible. He also develops a crush on Honoka, always unfavorably comparing Nagisa to her.
Despite their regular squabbles, Nagisa and Ryouta care about each other very much, and Nagisa protected him when they were at an aquarium, and helped him to run an errand for their parents.

Like Nagisa, she is shown to be easily angered at times- usually because of Nagisa, and she usually ends up lecturing her for being lazy, doing poorly in school, or for picking on Ryouta. But she also dearly loves and supports her family and would do anything for them.

Sanae is a caring and wise grandmother who has always been the person to give advice to Honoka.
