Full Power - Webtoons Team Memebers Needed

I've been writing a comic by the name of "Full Power" for the better part of 2 years. I've been wanting to make it come to life but I'm not very happy with my own artstyle! This casting call is meant to look for helping hands! I'll need character designers, background artists, sketcher's, line artists, and colourist's and shaders. I'd love to have a nice small team of people to help me make this story come to life!

What is the story about?

In this society there are 2 different kinds of schools. Free and Savage. Free schools are just like any ordinary public school, but Savage schools are a nightmare. In these Savage schools students are ripped from their identity. If the students aren't obedient they get beaten and tortured by the staff. That abuse caused the students of the Savage schools to be void of all emotions. After years of these schools existing one of the students of a Savage school transfers to a Free school. How will an empty shell of what used to be a person hold up in an average everyday public school?

Requirements for all:

• Discord
• Ability to meet deadlines (pretty loose deadlines, but still deadlines)
• Ability to stay long term (at least the ability to stick through an arc/season of the comic)
• 16+
• Ability to work well with others and be friendly
• Preferably Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint as you can easily transfer projects between the two

Requirements for line artists/sketcher's:

• Understanding of dynamic poses
• Understanding of clothes and hair physics
• Fairly flexible artstyle
• Ability to draw props such as cups, weapons, pencils, etc.

Requirements for colourist's/shaders:

• Understanding of common colour rules
• Understanding of shading and light physics
• Understanding of appealing blending

Requirements for background artists:

• Ability to make simple yet appealing backgrounds
