The game takes place in December 1999. You play as Emerson Clayton, who has dissociative amnesia and is looking for a new job to earn some money for his living. He comes across 'Franklin's Crib,' a booming kids entertainment place that is currently looking for a night shift guard. He applies for the job and gets hired. However, when working there, he would start remembering of his past memories and living through his worst nightmares once again.
