Forbidden Goods - Alternate Skyrim Addon
Project Overview
This project is an addon for a mod called Alternate Skyrim, which turns Skyrim into a ruined province. This addon will add a crazed merchant who will sell weapons, an armour set, and a ring in exchange for human hearts. If you couldn't tell by this suspicious transactional material, the man is a cannibal who eats any humans he comes across.

The man is a merchant who will sell the player character unique items in exchange for human hearts. Although the man says he uses the hearts to ward off beasts, he is actually a cannibal who eats these hearts.
He should sound skittish and wary of the PC, but have a small sense of danger in his voice. He should sound slightly insane and desperate for these human hearts. His character is similar to Leg Eater from Hollow Knight.
