GAME OVERVIEW
Femboy Cafe is a hybrid genre dating and cafe management simulator. Coming from a rich and well off family, you decide that running a cafe in a little nowhere town sounds like a fun idea, so you buy out one that just got a renovation! However, the manager gets a bit hungry and eats all of your cash, now you have to build it all back up again! Meet different kinds of femboys, customers, and figure out why this little town is so dependent on this cafe in the first place. All while romancing your favorites! This game is inspired by medias such as Stardew Valley, Long Live the Queen, Doki Doki Literature Club, Lout of Count's Family, and those good ol' Gacha Life movies. If you couldn't tell by the Doki Doki there, this game will have elements that are meant to shock, and even disturb the player in some parts. This game will be PG-13 with no NSFW.
INTRODUCTION:
Hello hello! I am looking for a small group of artist and one or two music producers for this dating sim! This game was originally made as a gift to one of my friends (which it still is) but as time as gone and I've had time to sit with it, I wish for it be a (micro) criticism on modern dating sims. This game will feature in-depth characters that will have the player feeling like they're interacting with someone fleshed out rather than the sterotypes they display on the surface. This of course, will be met with a storyline that takes a turn as the player learns more and more about their environment. If this sounds like a game you'd be interested in playing, let alone working on, don't be afraid to submit your works! As a beginner to game development myself, I am the LAST person who can judge you. This work will NOT be payed as I am very much the Broke College Student With A Stupid Dream. This project is a passion project, and I intend to publish it for free on Itchio, but as things change I may change the publishing platform (Steam would be a dream but again, Broke College Student With A Stupid Dream) This project has no strict deadlines and I'll probably be extending them as time goes on, I'd like for this project to become a bit mainstream (HA) so I'd be posting our WIPs on social media, so please apply only if you're comfortable with that type of work being posted.
