Introduction:
Wake the Will is a webcomic series on Webtoon. I write and illustrate for the story. This is an ongoing project that I am doing for fun as a hobby, as the general idea for a card game-based series has seen numerous drafts over the years. With this, I'm telling the final, definitive version of the story I always wanted to tell.
-Summary taken directly from the Webtoon series hub: "To avoid the harsh reality that is life, individuals escape into a virtual reality game based around a trading card game named Wake the Will. One girl enters this world in order to set things right and stand against this false utopia. However, her plans derail, as she immediately encounters a boy around her age, whom is one of many that has given up on life."
What's going into the project:
-I am looking for two voice actresses to play these major characters in the story!
-This will be a video posted to my YouTube channel, where we will be dubbing over shots of each panel from the webcomic. I'm looking to put my own voice work out there in a unique way, with your voice work joining it.
-We're planning to do every episode of the Wake the Will Webtoon. The Webtoon currently has 26 episodes released, with the 30th in production.

This story focuses around players in a VR game playing a trading card game with each other. Players will dramatically play out and announce their moves, as done in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Cardfight!! Major Role: (Age 22) Crystal is an elite player among all of the non-Mod players. She keeps her sister, Kitty (Katelyn) by her side wherever she goes. She is an unusual case, as she is one player that actually wishes to escape the VR world. She originally worked for the company in charge of the production of the VR world. However, she was tricked into testing the game with Kitty, with those in charge trapping them forever within the world against their will. Crystal is a major character in the story, so you will have many lines and scenes. Starting off, though, she has less of a role in the current first arc.
Personality: Crystal is usually calm and cool, but she can act like a control freak at times. This is seen mostly as she banters with her sister, Kitty, about the name she goes by. (Kitty likes being called "Kitty", but Crystal wishes to call her by her actual name, "Katelyn".) Crystal may, at times, also try butting into matters that do not concern her, in order to have an outcome she'd rather have occur. When it comes to a possible escape from the VR world, she may also grow ever more serious, or may become riled up.
Voice: I'm looking for someone that can really emulate the feeling of being "in control" during situations and acting like a big sister. (Upset and pleading) "Moto, I... I won't allow you to remain here and rot away! You'll get your wish if you just go!"
(Summon chant) "I am a master of all felines! I've been in control this entire time! I play Crazy Cat Lady!!"
Major Role: (Age 11) Kitty is Crystal's younger sister, whom is always faithfully by her side, acting as Crystal's cheerleader. Crystal formerly worked with the company that developed the VR world, but was trapped forever, with her sister, in the world against her will. She always refers to Crystal as "C.C.", as a sign of looking up to her and giving her a "cool nickname" to hype her up. Kitty will always be "on-screen" with Crystal, so she plays a major role in the story, despite not contributing to the plot as much as Crystal does. Because of this, she will have many lines and scenes. However, both Kitty and Crystal have less of a role in the current first arc.
Personality: Kitty is the hyperactive, comedy relief character in the story. Despite how serious of a situation being trapped forever is, she is constantly acting like a goofball, beaming with happiness the majority of the time, as she hypes her sister up.
Voice: I'll need a young, female child-like voice that can be very expressive and silly.
