Project Overview
Hello! Hi! Greetings and salutations!
EPIC: the musical (the fan project!) is a just a fun project, we are searching for talent such as singers/voice actors, cover artists, and even some mixers! once we complete this project, it shall be uploaded to one of the main staffs' YouTube channels. all credits will be given once finished! we are not going to rush anything!
some rules to follow before auditioning!
Age requirement!
~PLEASE BE 14+ TO JOIN IN ON THIS PROJECT!!
~You can audition for anything, anything you want, just don't try anything out of your vocal range, we don't want you to lose your voice! ha-ha!
~please add your discord to your audition! just know, when you join the discord, that some mature language will be seen!
~spread the word! we are all friends here! and if you don't get a role in the main cast, you will be put in the ensemble, even if you are put in the ensemble, you are still treated the same no matter what role you earn!
and of course, all the credit goes to Jorge and the epic cast for giving us this wonderful thing!

Aeolus is the god of the wind! I would say that the role of this character is a bubbly and exciting one! have a fun little spin to it! go loose!

the leader of the suitors, and tormentor of Telemachus, he will be king one day, he guarantees it.

the goddess of love and beauty herself, she has a soft and calm voice, add your own twist with this!

the god of the sun, Aswell as healing and prophecy, he has a kind of soft voice? if you want to call it that.

The god of war! he should have a loud (but not too loud^^) and rough voice!

the goddess of wisdom herself! she was a mentor to Odysseus and then later his son, she is a somewhat complicated character to claim!

stuck on her island for all of her life, your favorite nymph, yeah, its calypso! make sure to capture her silliness, Aswell as her giggle!

the queen of the nymphs, turned Odysseus's men into swine and most likely ate some, its Circe! she does have a British accent, but it is not required, but encouraged!

the second in command of Odysseus, opened the wind bag, AND delayed the trip to Ithaca. Eurylochus has a strong voice, make sure to channel his anger in mutiny!

the god of forge, fire and blacksmiths, Hephaestus does have a bit of accent, but it is not required, unless you would like to!

the wife, //AND SISTER// of Zeus! making het the queen of the gods, and she is the goddess of marriage, and women. she has a smooth voice, keep it groovy!

Hermes is the messenger of the gods, and the god of thieves and trade, and speed ^^

Odysseus is the main man himself! he is a difficult role to play, but don't stress! don't try to force yourself either! he does have many moments where he is yelling and/or emotional.
this role IS included and required to finish this project since he is the main one! but he finally gets home and finishes his journessy ^^

the faithful wife of Odysseus, must have a strong voice for this one! give it your best shot! and never throw away your shot ><

our favorite little pancake- SORRY CHAT. you must have a go lucky attitude! have hope and always greet the world with open arms- OKAY ILL STOP...

it's your favorite cyclops that's sheep got snatched, its polyphemus! voice changers/effects may be needed here, but this is the only exception because we understand that this role is a bit tricky. give us your best shot! good luck!

he really is a legendary fellow! son of Penelope and Odysseus. must have high hopes! //bonus points for the 'ow...'//

the old and wise prophet, he really sees all, huh. although blind, he makes his way around the underworld, he tells Odysseus how the rest of his journey will go!

the king of the gods, god of thunder and the sky, made Ody make a life changing decision, and married his wife, y'all know him, I don't know if you like him, but you know him ><
