Englewood After Dark is a horror/comedy audio drama following the adventures of Finn Nightingale and Eve Pemberly.
Finn and Eve started this podcast as a way to uncover the many secrets lurking on the haunted campus of Englewood University but, as they embark on their latest cold case, investigating The Murder Farm, they begin to realize they may have bitten off more than they can chew.
Because Englewood really is haunted, and now, so are they.
We have a mixture of recurring and non-recurring roles in this call, so please read carefully. However, in the future we will need more roles filled so watch this space! If you have already auditioned for us, please feel free to audition again for any of these roles. Lines will be recorded asynchronously.

Darcy Bennet is a professor of philosophy at Englewood University. This is a small recurring role with 9 lines total across two episodes.
Darcy is aware of the sinister goings-on on campus, and is content to ignore them, so long as they don’t disturb her. Unfortunately for Darcy, her past is catching up to her, and the Brotherhood of Oak and Ash is coming for her head.
In this episode, she meets her end, and knows exactly why it’s happening. After all, she didn’t save those girls. She let them die.
(Reacting to Clayton stepping into her office unannounced and full of menace) What on earth are you doing? Office hours are over. Either leave my office or I will call campus security.
(With dawning realisation as she realises the Brotherhood has discovered her) You're one of them, one of those Flies. You- you...
(Slurring, and realising that she has been poisoned) What did you do to my coffee?
Clayton (21) is a minor antagonist in the Englewood After Dark universe. He is a recurring character who appears in four episodes with 44 lines total.
Clayton is a middling member of The Brotherhood of Oak and Ash, a secret society on campus pledged to do all in his power to protect the world from the forces that linger on campus. Whilst that may sound noble, Clayton enjoys the bloody ways in which he ‘protects’ the campus, and is very much trying to move up the ranks of the Brotherhood by any means necessary.
In this episode, we see him at his most menacing, as he taunts a woman he plans to kill. All in the name of the greater good.
(Referring to Professor Darcy Bennet’s predilection for abducting girls in her youth) Forty years ago you'd have been all over that, eh, Darcy?
(Being told to leave, now) No can do, Darcy.
(With all the relish of a killer) Cleaning up loose ends. It's what we do, after all.
