Tracy is the youngest of the True Blue Steam Team, who joined Crotoonia when her owners, the Dream Fleet Rail Co., chose to expand their operations into Crotoonia, having served them from the neighboring United States for a good few years. Like Tillie, she's a determined engine, but since she's still rather young, her innocent ways and naive nature can get her into trouble when trying to tackle larger jobs! However, she makes up for it for her dedication, hard work, determination, and cheerful enthusiasm. She frequently travels with Patrick the Caboose on her mail runs, where she runs from the Crotoonian Mail Depot all the way down the main line, servicing the smaller towns along it.  Her voice should sound like Alyson Stoner

Rebecca is a large yellow tender engine who originates from The Mainland from Sodor and from Sodor as well. Despite her large size, Rebecca is shy, but not afraid to stand up for herself and isn't intimidated by the older engines. At times, she feels the need to be on the same level as the other engines.  Her voice should sound like Rachael Miller. This role has been casted to : A YouTube user called Serena Leo-Harper

Stafford is a battery-electric shunting engine from Sodor that often shunts in all the goods yards on Crotoonia. His voice should sound like Keith Wickham

Murdoch is one of the largest and strongest tender engines on Sodor who is somewhat a shy, a gentle giant and prefers the quiet countryside to the constant noise of industry. He hauls freight trains along the main line.  He has no original voice, but I'm looking for someone who could do a deep toned voice. This role has been casted to : A YouTube user called Game Geek.

Olwin is a British steam chugger, who's very wise and kind, from the show Chuggington. She sometimes acts motherly towards younger engines. Her voice should sound like either her U.K. voice Jill Shilling or her U.S. voice Margaret Robertson. This role has been casted to Raerock9.

Zephie is a young scissor-lift chugger like a trolley. She's also from the show Chuggington. She does small jobs from delivering packages to taking workmen to construction sites and quarries. Her voice should sound like either her U.K. voice Jadie-Rose Hobson or her U.S. voice Isabella Palmieri. This role has been casted to Raerock9.

Dunbar is an diesel-electric hybrid shunting "chugger"(engine) who comes from the t.v show Chuggington. He is often seen working with Stanley up at Upper Fausten Yards. His voice should either sound like either his U.S. voice Tom Clarke-Hill(kinda a Texan accent) or his U.K. voice Andy Nyman(kinda a Scottish accent)

Emery is an transit chugger from the show Chuggington. He works alongside Daisy and Decka on The Celgreb City Transit Railway line. His voice should sound like either his U.S voice Troy Doherty or his U.K. voice Jordan Clarke. This role has been casted to : A YouTube user called The Dom Toon Channel

Speedy McAllister is a large and fast American steam chugger from the show Chuggington. He mainly works up at Cliffstone Centre Quarry up in the mountains. His voice should sound like either his U.S. voice Stefan Ashton Frank or his U.K. voice Warren Clarke.

A little tank engine originating from the English village of Greendale (from the British TVS "Postman Pat"), G.R. works the nightly branch line mail trains across Crotoonia and passenger services from Kahlville Junction to the Cliffstone Mountain town of Greendale and further down to the beaches of Gridinia County. Quiet, hard working, knowledgable, resourceful, and never hesitant towards work. A Yorkshire accent is recommended.

Jake is a steam engine who appeared in the Budgie The Helicopter episode The Runaway Train. His original voice is unknown.

Frankie is a diesel shunter who works at a big steelworks on the mainland from Sodor. For Islandside Adventures, she's one of the few engines that helps run the Bluthsburgh Steelworks and help make the steel deliveries all over Crotoonia as well as help shunt the ladle wagons around the steelworks and towards the slag heaps. Her voice should sound like Sophie Colquhoun. This role has been casted to : A YouTube user called Melissa Taverner

Lexi is a boisterous cab-forward engine who works at a big steelworks on the mainland from Sodor. For Islandside Adventures, he's one of the few engines that helps run the Bluthsburgh Steelworks and help make the steel deliveries all over Crotoonia. She also helps haul goods trains on The Crotoonian National AKA The Main Line. She also speaks in some different accents like French and Manhattan from time to time. Her voice should sound like Lucy Montgomery.

Jasper(who's an O.C. specially made for Islandside Adventures) is a 2-4-4-2 heavy duty goods engine who pulls long lines of freight cars along the Crotoonian National from Celgreb City Central to Gridinia Bay and sometimes to the Pinewood Island Resort.. He came to Crotoonia when it first opened in 1935 when the railway was being built from Texas when he was built.

Adam is a young 0-4-0 tank locomotive that works at the Celgreb City Freight Depot, with Old Puffer Pete, Cormac, Rosie, and a few others. He's a pleasant friend to be around, and always happy to shunt any cars/wagons that needs to be shunted. He has no original voice. 

Alex is a young medium sized diesel shunter that works at the Celgreb City Freight Depot, with Old Puffer Pete, Cormac, Rosie, and a few others. He's a good friend to be around and is something of a brainiac. Anything you wanna know, he's bound to have an answer for you. He has no original voice. 

GE999, AKA the engine for The Galaxy Express 999 from the Galaxy Express 999 franchise makes a very brief appearance in Islandside Adventures story 5, Casey Jr's Space Circus Train. Casey Jr wishes he can fly and travel through space after seeing the english dubbed film in the ride in theater, and encounters this star engine twice before deciding that he's not suited for either flight or space travel.  His voice should sound like Don Brown. Fair warning though : once this character makes his appearance, it's very unlikely he'll be used again. This role has been casted to joel-the-swedish-dragon

Hermione(who's an O.C. specially made for Islandside Adventures) is a young shunting diesel engine that works at Bluthburgh West Junction with Fergus and a few other shunters. She likes to keep things in good working order and when things run smoothly, but she hates it when things go wrong or get out of hand. She has no original voice of her own

Elliot(who's an O.C. specially made for Islandside Adventures) is a 4-6-0 tender engine who works on the mainline, AKA The Crotoonian National. He's often hauling heavy goods back and forth between Celgreb and Gridinia, but takes a passenger train once in a while. He has no original voice.

Jessie(who's an O.C. specially made for Islandside Adventures) is a Scottish 4-4-0 tender engine that work on the mainline AKA The Crotoonian National. She's a good friend to some of the Sudrians, like Emily and Toby, tries to keep her fellow Scots Donald and Douglas from fighting, and is willing to help Edward on banking duties whenever he's busy hauling freight cars/goods wagons. Lucy(who's an O.C. specially made for Islandside Adventures) is a young  0-6-0 tank engine that shunts at Cliffstone Center Quarry. She's a very shy engine,  was custom built in the Celgreb City Workshops, and was put to work in the Celgreb City Freight Depot for a while, but kept bumping into the other engines whenever they come to collect their goods. Some of them even thought she bumped them deliberatly, even though she didn't do it on purpose. In the end, she was sent to work up at Cliffstone Center Quarry, where it'd be okay to bump hard. She has no original voice.

Matilda(who's an O.C. specially made for Islandside Adventures) is a young narrow gauge tank engine that works on The Crotoonian Hills Narrow Gauge Railway. She's a very friendly engine to all, and loves helping out when there's too much work for the others to do. Dani is a tank engine who's a part of The Crotoonian Railway Police Department. Her job is to patrol the standard gauge lines of The Crotoonian Railway, looking to apprehend anyone who breaks the law and take them to the Railway Impound Lot, where engines who break the law are kept until released. She has no original voice, as she's an O.C. However, though she's a kind engine, her voice should sound like an officer of the law. 

Ellen is a Amtrak diesel engine who's a part of the mainland team, bringing passengers to Crotoonia. She shares a friendly rivalry with Connor, Caitlin and Joel and would often have races with them. She's quite friendly. She has no original voice, as she's an O.C.

Joshua a 2-4-2 tank engine that pulls mixed traffic along the mainline. Despite that he's a tank engine, he doesn't really like going on branch lines all that much. And he's much happier pulling goods trains than he is taking passengers(much like Mike The Minimum Gauge Engine). He has no original voice.

Lionel is a small young diesel shunter that works at Gridinia Bay Station as one of the station pilots. He's a friendly diesel, and is always happy to fetch or collect other engines' coaches or cars. He has no original voice.

Mark(who's an O.C. specially made for Islandside Adventures) is a 2-8-0 tender engine that works the mainline, helping out with the heavy goods work. He also has a heavy duty snowplow, so he helps clear the tracks whenever snow falls. He has no original voice.

Nicholas(who's an O.C. specially made for Islandside Adventures) is a 4-4-0 tender engine that works the mainline, helping out with the goods work. He's a really good friend to talk to. He has no original voice.

Robert(who's an O.C. specially made for Islandside Adventures) is a large diesel shunter that shunts in the Celgreb City freight depot. He'd much rather shunt in the yard, than haul trains along either the mainline or on one of the branch lines. He has no original voice. Alan is a small narrow gauge engine who's a part of The Crotoonian Railway Police Department. Tristan is a standard gauge engine who's a part of The Crotoonian Railway Police Department. His job is to tow away standard gauge engines who breaks the law to the Railway Impound Lot, where engines who break the law are kept until released. He has no original voice, as he's an O.C. However, his voice should sound like an officer of the law.

Greg is a Galloping Goose replica who had been brought to Crotoonia to help transport mining supplies from the docks and The Celgreb City Freight Depot to the quarries and mines accessible by the  standard gauge railway. When he first met Duck, they got into a competition with one another, which resulted into them both getting into an accident. They both realize that once they were repaired, they were silly to be in competition with each other and became friends. He has no original voice, as he's an O.C. The most twisted looking engine of the Dream Fleet Railway Company, this engine has the infamous nickname of "The Nightmare Engine". A big bully with a mean attitude, Cerberus will shove anything...LITERALLY...to get his way. Anastasia is one of the diesels that works on the Minimum Gauge Railway on Crotoonia, with a basis that’s similar to Frank’s. But unlike Frank, she never complain about her work or at all, except when things go wrong like running out of fuel or breaking down while out on the rails. When she’s not pulling trains, she provides engines a push, as one of her duties is being a banker(back engine). 

Errol is a minimum gauge tender engine who is a worrisome engine, a lot like Henry and Shelbert. He sometimes gets so worrisome, he ends up derailing. You might even say that he tends to be a bit, accident prone occasionally.

Lysander is an American minimum gauge tender engine who often pulls goods trains and takes a passenger train every once in a while. He claims that he’s the biggest and the strongest engine on the minimum gauge railway due to the fact that he’s the tallest, which tends to make him so cocky, it often lands him smack dab into trouble. Ruby is an American minimum gauge engine who always takes passengers trains. She’s also vain like James, disliking any work that is even the least bit dirty. She especially loves taking coaches filled with holiday visitors during the summer.

Thelma is a minimum gauge tender engine that looks like a smaller version of Gordon. And like Gordon, she often takes a special express up and down the line. But, she never let’s this special job go to her smokebox like Gordon.

Alexis is a minimum gauge tender engine who does mixed traffic work. She’s very kind hearted, but she doesn’t take too kindly to neither lazy nor rude engines like Duncan, Mike, Frank, or Onslow.

Mai is a small minimum gauge tender engine who, like Alexis, does mixed traffic services. She basically sees any job, even shunting, as an important one, which often causes her to gloat every now and then.

Mindy is an American minimum gauge tender engine who usually pulls goods trains, sometimes passenger trains, and occasionally takes empty cars to the ballast mines and delivers loaded ones to Chipperton Wharf to be transferred to a barge or ship to be transported to the coast. She's a great friend with Mindy.

Onslow is a minimum gauge tank engine who’s from Australia. He works up at the ballast mines and the wharf. He’ll sometimes help out with the goods traffic. He has a slight temper because of the jobs he does.

Richard is a narrow gauge tank engine who often takes goods trains to the wharf, and sometimes works up at the quarry. He sometimes can get a little concerned by what everyone around him is doing.

Syrus is a young minimum gauge engine who often works up at the ballast mine with Onslow and sometimes Mike. Sometimes he’s shy and lacks self confidence, but he’s often able to pull through with the help of his friends.

Beau is a mining engine depicted with a mustache, who sometimes works at the Grand Canyon. This gritty old-timer was able to help Thomas in a moment of need, fixing himself in Thomas' memory and making him forever grateful. His voice should sound like Kerry Shale. 

Kwaku is a large Garratt engine who works in Africa. He is close friends with Nia. He's a kind and friendly engine. His voice should sound like Abubakar Salim.

Natalie is an American diesel shunter. She works at the docks in San Francisco in the Thomas and Friends series. But for Islandside Adventures, she shunts wherever she’s needed on Crotoonia. She's sweet, kind, and always willing to help provide engines with whatever they need. Her voice should sound like she does in Thomas And Friends Big World Big Adventures as Teresa Gallagher’s US impression

The Chinese Diesel(her real name is unknown at this time) is an engine who works on The Chinese Railway alongside Yong Bao and Hong-Mei. She’s a very kind diesel who is either seen pulling goods trains or working with the breakdown train, whether she and her friends are in China or on Crotoonia. Her voice should sound like Su-Lin Looi.

Hong-Mei is a Chinese tank engine Thomas meets during his stay in China in season 22 of Thomas And Friends.  Thomas first met Hong-Mei during his passenger run after saying he is the number 1 engine. However, Hong-Mei points out she is China’s number 1 engine, and the two have a race to see who’s the better number 1.

Unbeknownst to Thomas, Hong-Mei has spilled her delivery of rocks as she races. This causes Thomas to derail on a shortcut line through the mountains. Hong-Mei comes to Thomas’ rescue, revealing she took the shortcut line as well and made Thomas come off the rails with her carelessness. She pulls Thomas back onto the tracks and the two engines decide that two number 1 engines are just as good as one number 1 engine. Her voice should sound like Chipo Chung.

Dustin is a snow-removal steam engine who works high in the mountains clearing snow. Dustin is a strong, but slow snow-removal steam engine. He enjoys clearing snow and being a Really Useful Engine no matter the weather. He is always eager and determined to help out in any way he can. He has no original voice.

Colonel, better known as The Evening Express in The Little Engine That Could(2011), is a bullet train engine with five passenger cars. He has a black windshield eye pair and goes really fast. He is one of the trains that takes passengers to the stations. His voice should sound like Jim Cummings.

Noor Jehan is an Indian diesel engine. Her voice should sound like Sheena Bhattessa.

Shankar is an Indian diesel shunter. He sometimes works in the shunting yard on the Indian Railway. His voice should sound like Sanjeev Bhaskar.

Winston is Sir Topham Hatt's track inspection vehicle and his private mode of transportation. Winston is as devotedly thoughtful and loyal as a butler. He is willing, helpful and very patient with Sir Topham Hatt's, frankly, terrible driving skills, often reminding him that it is still "early days" whenever something goes wrong. Winston helps the Fat Controller navigate about the railway without inconveniencing any of the engines while they are going about their work. Being a car on rails, he may look unconventional, but Winston is highly tolerant, considerate, patient, sensitive to others and is only too happy to do what he can for Sir Topham Hatt, though he can, at times, become rather distracted.  His voice should sound like Matt Wilkinson. This role has been casted to : A YouTube user called Holden Stafford

Tamika is an Australian steam railmotor. She often works in the Kuranda Rainforest in Australia, but often comes to Crotoonia every once in a while to help with branch line passenger trains, and sometimes small goods. Her voice should sound like Rose Robinson.

City of Truro is a famous tender engine from the Great Western Railway, who once visited the Island of Sodor. He is believed to be the first engine in the world to attain the speed of 100 mph. City of Truro and Duck got on very well during his stay on Sodor, talking about their Great Western heritage and ways. He sparked jealousy within Gordon, and gave him ambition to break City of Truro's record but to no avail. In addition, Edward and Duck described him as "the finest engine in the world". Terry, better known as Train in The Magic Roundabout,  is a red and Blue train who works with Bonnie(the engine) on the Toon Town Branch Line. Like Bonnie, he looks like he belongs on narrow gauge lines, but he’s really a standard gauge engine. He may not be as big or as strong as most of the engines on Crotoonia, but he’s a very hardworking one. His voice should sound like either Lee Evans or Chevy Chase. Neville is a black tender engine with an unusual square shape.  He's gentlemanly, highly enthusiastic and kind, if a little naïve. Neville never holds a grudge, but can be easily hurt but can be easily hurt by unkind comments or not being accepted by others who judge him only by his appearance. Otherwise, he is bubbly, ready to pull together and happy to make new friends. He has no original voice, but he should have a bit of a Texan accent, as that is the way he sounded in his last appearance in the US dubbed Thomas & Friends episode, Best Friends. Tyne's a Chuggineer that works for The Crotoonian Construction Co. She's basically a demolition expert and loves to work with dynamite and explosives, and she's usually so careful when using the stuff. Her voice should sound like in one of the two videos :

Billy is a bright orange tank engine who can be impetuous, impatient, and impulsive. Although he is bubbling with enthusiasm and keen to get stuck in, he tends to act before he thinks things through fully and can even end up keen to start one job before properly finishing another. He can be inattentive, does not always like being told what to do, and may try to work independently when, perhaps, he best not. He is often boisterous, has tendencies to be overconfident in his abilities, thinking he need not listen to advice from more experienced engines. Nevertheless, his enthusiasm is well-meaning and, when he keeps calm, thinks things through, pays attention, and follows instructions carefully, Billy can properly harness his energy and focus on what he is doing so that he can be a Really Useful Engine. If he ever gets snappy, his infectious get-up-and-go and burning desire to be useful will shine through and make it hard for any engine to really stay upset with him for very long. Porter

 is a kind and helpful engine, with a good sense of self-confidence and does not worry about what other engines say about him, such as calling him a ‘camel’ because he has so many ‘humps’ (domes). Porter is not above engaging in a bit of friendly dockside banter himself, but when another engine is feeling low he can be very supportive. Porter’s easy-going manner makes him very popular. He is a hard worker, although he can be a bit of a perfectionist at times. He is also very brave and can keep his head cool in a crisis. Samson is a dignified tank engine with a lot of pride for the work he does. He almost never asks for help or advice to avoid seeming inexperienced around the Island. He is also quite arrogant, believing himself to be the Island's strongest tank engine. While a hardworking engine, he tends to be impatient, impulsive, and over enthusiastic, which often leads to trouble. She's a streamlined tender engine from the tv show Thomas and Friends, that's also a part of the delivery team that runs deliveries of passengers and goods between Crotoonia and the U.S. mainland. Her voice should sound like either Rebecca O'Mara or Jules de Jongh.

Stepney is a bubbly, honest and humble chap who is bursting with enthusiasm. He is very eager to please and is every engine's friend. Even if an engine might not like him at first, his personality wins them over. After being saved from scrap by Rusty and the Bluebell Railway, he now runs his own branch line, but loves visiting and helping out on the Sir Topham Hatt's Railway. He has an enthusiasm for learning and listening to advice, as well as keeping busy. Stepney can feel down in the dumps if he does not get enough work to do or if he does not get a good long run to stretch his wheels. Stepney is high-spirited, lively and is keen to see fair play. He is popular amongst the engines and is always game for more work. After coming to Crotoonia to help out with increased freight work, he was offered a position on one of the branch lines to help with the mixed traffic, which he gladly takes(with his owner’s permission). He has no original voice.

Fawn is a little narrow gauge engine who works on The Crotoonian Hills Narrow Gauge Railway. She’s kind hearted, and always willing to lend a buffer to any of her fellow engine friends. She is a huge fan of the wildlife. She used to be one of the main narrow gauge engines on the railway before the Sudrians came to Crotoonia. Nowadays, when she’s not helping out with the mixed traffic, she’s delivering stone from the quarries to Chipperton Wharf. Sometimes, she helps out at the wharf. She’s a great friend to all who works on the line, who comes to the wharf, and whoever she meets up with at Gridinia Bay Station.

Gwen is a tender engine who helps out with the mixed traffic services on the mail line. She’s very kind hearted, Like one of her cousins, Olwin, compared to her other cousins, Gordon and Spencer. She’s willing to accept any job, no matter how unglamorous it can be.

Ulysses is a powerful narrow gauge engine on The Crotoonian Hills Narrow Gauge Railway. He used to be one of the main engines on the line. Nowadays, he’s either working up at one of the quarries or hauling heavy goods trains along the main track. He can get really puffed up in the smokebox and can get really full of himself, which tends to annoy Sir Handel and Duncan.

Wolfgang is a German tank engine who is brought in to help with the shunting when the yards at Celgreb was a real mess. He is a very hard worker, and all the other engines know it. He's a nice engine. Although, he doesn’t like to work out in the rain, and gets very annoyed when he has to go out in it.
