Eeeevil

I've got ideas and a vision for how things are supposed to sound and end up, but I don't have the time to develop a full on story. 

If needed, I could try to, or even assist whoever takes this job, but yeah, I just need someone more organized than me I guess that could actually remember the ideas and what not that they've written. 

I don't really know how this works, but I'll give you a bit of an idea of what I'm trying to do.

It's basically about a villain, but this villain has no idea what evil actually is or what would even be considered evil.

For example...."Today....Today, I will show the world the MEANING of EEEEEVIL. I'm going to eradicate debt across the world!" -typical evil cackle- 

A kid and his mom overhear him nearby "Mommy, wouldn't that be a goo--" The mom shuts the kids mouth before he can finish his statement and whispers into his ear. "Ssssshhh my son, we must pretend everything he does is evil so he can continue to do good. If he ever figures out he's been doing good for humanity, he'll kill us all. In fact, we need to let him "know" how evil he is with every plan he enacts."

The mom smiles at her child before turning toward the "villain" and switching her face to one of pure terror as she begins shrieking "YOU MONSTER! NO PLEASE DON'T! DEBT IS OUR LIFE BLOOD, WE NEED IT!"

As of now, I don't even have an idea of how I would want characters to look...features whatever, I don't have an idea for anything. So I would give you free reign, my only request is that I have to like the looks. 

They don't need to be extremely beautiful, or a popular style. Honestly, it's up to you, draw the characters however you want or feel they would appear, and as long as I like them, I'll support you like the pillars on the Parthenon. (i'm pretty sure they're good pillars)

As of now, there'd be two main characters and just a medium size load of extras I'd say. Maybe a couple crowds, but crowds are usually easy I think cause no one really pays much attention to the guys after a couple of rows in a crowd. (unless you're looking for easter eggs and what not and if you're down for that kinda stuff, i'll almost never tell you not to do it.)

Right now, the only 2 characters that would have a constant appearance/reappearance would be the villain and the kid that follows him around.
