Project Overview
2837 Productions is a small but growing team dedicated to creating high quality Minecraft roleplay, social experiment, and cinematic story driven content. Rather than focusing on fully scripted scenes, our projects combine an overarching narrative with player choice, allowing each series to develop naturally while still telling a compelling story.
We're currently expanding our production team and are looking for reliable editors and dedicated recorders who want to help bring these projects to life. Whether you're interested in creating engaging edits or capturing cinematic footage during sessions, you'll play an important role in the production process.
Editors and recorders will be payed
For recorders I schedule based on the EST timezone usually sometime between 6-10pm would be closer to the times a recording is and recently I've done 7-9pm
on Wednesdays, Friday, and Sunday and might do that for the foreseeable future
Requirements:
-Be able to communicate

-Be able to reliably keep up with deadlines or recordings
-Have discord
-Recorders have to be able to run Mods

Paid: Flat Rate 150 USD
As an editor for 2837 Productions, you'll be responsible for turning multiple perspectives into engaging, story driven episodes. Our raw recordings are often 2+ hours long each and may include footage from several players, and footage from the recorders so you'll be helping shape the pacing, emotion, and overall viewing experience.
I need someone who can reliably edit the videos within 1-2 weeks
You will make $150 USD per completed episode. As 2837 Productions grows, payment may increase over time.

Deferred: Agreed Amount
Recorders are an essential part of the production team. Your role is to capture the story from cinematic angles and additional perspectives that players cannot provide. You are not a member of the cast during sessions you are part of the production crew.
During production, recorders are kept separate from the cast to preserve immersion and prevent accidental spoilers. You'll have access to information that players may not, so professionalism and discretion are expected.
Sessions tend to be 2-3 hours
You will be receive Approximately $20 USD per completed session you record in.
