ED'S FOREVER: Ed, Edd n Eddy 25th anniversary Script Reading
Project Overview
EDS FOREVER is my personal take on a revival movie in which the characters are adults. Eddy's dissatisfied with his job, Double D has many bright academic pursuits to choose from, and Ed well..he's Ed.. I do not have the time or resources to fully animate or even storyboard this. Instead, I will host a livestream on my YouTube channel(linked below) in which everyone who is cast will act out the script alongside me. I will attempt to get off work so I can stream this on the 4th of January, which is the 25th anniversary of the series premiere. If things come up, we can definitely discuss them and work out the best time to get everybody on a discord call for the stream. If you are able to do a perfect impression of the characters, great! Otherwise definitely feel free to play with it or even age them up, as long as it takes inspiration from the voice and mannerisms of the original performance.

He's got his dream job at the bike store, an endless supply of jawbreakers, and plenty of physical accolades from high school. Now all he needs is a date with Nazz....
Keep in mind the characters are aged up. I'm ok with female auditions attempting to recreate his original voice for authenticity, but male auditions could also help to make him feel older and more mature since the series ended. The more the merrier!

If possible, I would like to go over the script or send it to someone for them to have sound effects ready. These sound bytes will be played in between lines to help immerse the audience in that iconic Ed, Edd n Eddy tone. Not all of the sound effects need to be from the show, as long as they fit.
