Eclipse: Both Sides of the Moon VN VA's

Project Overview

Eclipse: Both Sides of the Moon is a horror and slice-of-life (emphasis on slice) visual novel being developed by Kyunsoft.


As the main character, you've (of course) caught the eye of several girls at your school. A couple of them, however, can be rather jealous... so choose your friends carefully.


Anyway, 4 roles were already filled prior to this casting call, but 7 still remain, and we'd love to hear your take on them!


If you'd like to try out for multiple characters, feel free!


Having Skype helps a lot too, our team loves to talk! :3


The character art shown is mostly old concepts, final styles will be finished soon.


The script itself is still being finalized, mostly the latter half of it.

  • Eclipse VN Casting Call Deadline: July 30th

    Hello everyone!


    Just a friendly reminder that this casting call for our visual novel Eclipse: Both Sides of the Moon ends on July 30th!


    In a couple weeks, we'll be making the final decisions for the roles and contacting the people we think had the best auditions!

Midori doesn't actually like anybody, or at least she would never admit to it. She's really into sports like baseball and track, but not into the main character... idiot. She usually sounds annoyed or frustrated.

Natsumi is rather spoiled, and thinks all of her classmates are beneath her. Thinking herself royalty relflects in her voice, which is often haughty or condescending with a mix of elegance.

Kasumi has a darker personality, and although she's also driven by love like Misaki is, she takes much more pleasure in hurting those who get in her way. Her voice tends to be more menacing and bitter.

Kameko has a bit of a god-complex and a penchant for bullying. Despite usually relying on brute force, she's also ferociously intelligent and considers everyone else either weak or stupid. Her voice is rough and aggressive, always eager for a fight.

Misaki may be a bit crazy, but she means well. Her voice is almost always sweet and cheery, although it sometimes gets much creepier.

Ms. Chie takes her role as an educator seriously, but also likes to have a bit of fun with the students. Just teasing them, usually. Her voice is more mature and sultry.

The Principal has been at this school longer than anyone else, perhaps even before the school existed. He takes the reputation of the school very seriously, which includes the behaviour of all it's students. His voice is very stern and strong despite his age.
