Eastwynne: Season 1 (3D Animated Series)
Project Overview
Auditions close at 8 pm CST, April 1st on CCC, but you can email auditions until 11:59 pm CST (April 1st)! The email is found at the bottom of the description.
This series has been a LONG time in the making, but I'm definitely happy I'm finally at this point!
The Story:
Genres: Fantasy, Slice of Life, Drama
Welcome to Eastwynne [pronounced: east-win], a city filled to the brim with magic and high society life. Here you'll find the best schools, businesses, real estate, probably not the best people but hey you have everything else. This season follows the story of Ester, a student at Eastwynne University as she navigates a new semester of school and the adventures that come with it.
Production Info:
- Season 1 is planned to be 12 episodes long, currently, 9 episodes are scripted, and by the time the casting call is done all episodes should be done. I don't want any of you to wait for scripts, so I'll be sending all of them at once (as long as they're finalized).
- Since not all the episodes are done, I'll be adding a few more characters as more scripts are completed.
- This series is using a mix of The Sims 4 and Blender, so I expect the full production time to be around 1 year or so.
- Important Note: I'm also looking for script editors, and they will probably be chosen early so I can have the scripts ready to go once the casting call has ended.
- If you have any other questions about the production, don't hesitate to ask!
General Requirements:
- Good Microphone Quality (At least at a Blue Snowball or Yeti quality)
- Stay Dedicated and in Contact: Since the production time is long, I can be flexible with the deadlines (except for episode 1). I know life can get in the way, but just keep me updated. I also would like 2 or so methods of contact (Ex. Discord and email, or some other contact method), that way I have backup to reach you.
- Be Comfortable with the Subject Matter: The series starts light-hearted but as it progresses it will tackle social issues, have mild-moderate violence, and mild-moderate language (Ex. some f-bombs here and there). I would say it’s mostly TV-14 with some TV-MA(ish) moments.
Audition Requirements:
- Repeat lines 2-3 times
- Improv is cool and encouraged, just make sure you also say the original lines as well

Update #3
Hello, hello, the 9 main episodes of season 1 are officially scripted 🎉🎉 That leaves only the 3 special episodes left :) You may be wondering where the other characters I said I was going to add are? Well, I've decided not to add them to the page and will be reaching out privately to VAs who audition(ed) for the other characters. Why? These new characters are potentially major spoilers. I'll be messaging bios and other character info to those I think will be a good fit for the character(s). Age: Early 20s
Ester's a hard-core gamer, you name it she's probably played it and is number 1 on the leaderboards. She usually tends to be alone, chatting with the "strange internet people" (as her mom calls them). She lacks social grace, but who knows maybe that'll change and she'll make some IRL friends? It also wouldn't hurt to bump up her GPA a bit (at the recommendation of her mom), but hey at least she's excellent in the magical arts.

Sye [pronounced: sigh] is a reserved woman, who spends most of her time reading. She's a fan of history, autobiographies, encyclopedias, dictionar- you get the point, there's no better way to spend your time than increasing your knowledge. Other than that, no one seems to know much about her. Why is that?
[Trying to recommend a book]
Honestly, I usually don't- but what intrigues me about this book is there's a rumor that's it's not complete fiction. This was the author's last book and after it was released they vanished.

I don't have much experience, but I have read about role-playing games. Maybe you could imagine yourself as a character and it might be easier to remember the events?

For a noble (the heir to one of the reigning mage families), he's pretty easygoing, some of his fellow nobles find him too easygoing. Vincent doesn't see a need to act any differently than his contemporaries, what's the point of being overly formal?

Didn't mean any offense. I actually think it's pretty nice to meet someone who knew nothing about me. Makes it easier without all the assumptions and less walking on eggshells.

Raena, the queen of ice and the leading actress of the drama department. She's pretty standoffish but doesn't seem to be too bad once you get to know her. She's a childhood friend of Vincent and seems to be the total opposite.
