EAS Scenario: The Real Purge

What is EAS?
EAS stands for Emergency Alert System. There is a dedicated fanbase of people who create scenarios of how TV stations would broadcast an EAS alert in certain situations (alien attack, tornadoes, tsunamis, you name it!).
What is this scenario about?
This EAS scenario is essentially based on the Purge movie series. In this case, the NFFA (New Founding Fathers of America) somehow take power in the USA and start a very first Purge. Things get heated, however, and soon people are taking to the streets to voice their opinions, some of which turn violent.
Okay, I am interested. What are the requirements?
Right, here are the requirements you need to meet if you wanna audition.
Be at least 16 years old or older. - Pretty obvious.
Have a good microphone - this means keeping things like static, muffling, and the loudness under control.
Have fun! - You can improvise certain lines if you feel like it! It is up to you how you play certain parts!
This project is UNPAID.
