Dysmorphophobia (Working Title)
Project Overview
Dysmorphophobia (Working Title, trying to think of something better) is a scripted Minecraft series about a group of staff and robots employed by the N.B.B.R. (National Bureau of Biohazard Research) on the research of a parasitic hivemind nicknamed by scientists "The Spread", in the middle of an underground facility in the Arizona badlands, in the long distant year of 2001. After an outbreak of the Spread, two researchers, a security officer, a technician, the facility director and the only uninfected robot left in the building must work together to escape the facility with their lives.
Pretty big disclaimer, but please be aware that there is a REALLY big chance that this show never happen. I struggle a lot with motivation and stuff, so yeah just keep that in mind before audiotioning.

The lead researcher of the N.B.B.R.. He is calculating and a massive skeptic, aswell as a talented biochemist. He is emotionally detatched and struggles with feeling empathy, which often makes him take the more practical route to problem solving even if it hurts someone else, however it is important to note he does NOT do this out of malice. He comes off as cold, calm and collected.

Something is not right with the HAZ units, Dr. Terrence. Their behavior, as far as I've observed, shows signs of slight hostility to NBBR staff which, correct me if I am incorrect in my assumption, is not a part of their program.
So you're saying you... DON'T believe me? Even with all this evidence, you- REFUSE to do anything?
If we want the rest of the group to survive, we need Barry to... take one for the team. Sneak into the Security center, lift the lockdown, and we'll walk away with our lives.
A security officer for the N.B.B.R.. A cowardly young man, Barry is an anxious wreck, who hides behind fake optimism and an energetic personality for his own mental sanity. He is very prone to break, and stutters quite a lot. Doesn't actually know how to use a gun. Very important.

Aw man, that r-really sounded cooler in my head
W-WHAT?!
I-I-I don't actually know- how to... turn off the s-safety.
The Director of the N.B.B.R.'s main research silo. He is an older man who fully believes that he is always in the right, a narcissist at his very core. He's bossy and selfish, and generally manipulative. He is also Barry Regg's father, and calling him absent is an understatement, and he sees his own son as nothing more than his legacy.
I would say I'm sorry, Mrs. Clark, but truthfully I am not. I am only doing what I have to do.
I'M supposed to be the hero. I. NOT YOU.
So you're just going to drop me. After everything, EVERYTHING I've done for this agency, you're DISCARDING ME like TRASH?!
She is an electrician working maintenance for the N.B.B.R.. She is calculating and strategic, and she has severe self-confidence issues that she hides behind the persona of a confident leader. She usually comes off as calm, but she has cracks.

If we cut through the ventilation system, w-we can get to the center without having to practically sentence anyone to death!
THE EXIT IS A TRAP. The automated security system kicked in the moment the outbreak happened, which means every exit is currently locked, and probably crawling with infected waiting for survivors, much like us, to go there so they can get them
L-look, I know it's all too much, b-but we can't go around losing our heads. We'll find them.
Dr. Harley Walter's right hand man, and the one he trusts most, Markus is an N.B.B.R. scientist. He is somewhat insane and very sarcastic, normally speaking without thinking. He is a genius when it comes to mechanical engineering.
If you're gonna call me an asshole, would you mind doing so more creatively? I've heard that one 3 times this week
Wow, fantastic idea. Who would've thought of that? Oh right, not anyone with more than 2 braincells
I do NOT know how to edit, plz send help
*Say something you think would fit*
