Project Overview
INTRODUCTION:
Hello!
There is some information for voice actors about casting the dubbing of the official film adaptation of the fan fiction «Passerine».
We are a team from Russia. Last year, translating it into Russian, we localized the fan fiction «Passerine» and made a film adaptation of the first two chapters. The fame of the work that we had done went far beyond the Russian-speaking community, and therefore, we have decided to release an official dubbing of it.
STORY:
«Passerine» was written by Thcscus.
The fan-written story, which gained its popularity thanks to an animation from Sad-ist, is about MCYT creators on YouTube and streamers on Twitch.

Synopsis:
Technoblade and Philza, two immortal gods, knew each other at some point in their past, but now their destinies cross again. Technoblade is cursed to hear voices that demand blood and make the god wreak havoc and take lives. After a new encounter with Philza, who managed to establish his own kingdom, Technoblade finds out that Wilbur, who is an elder son of the second god, hears voices in his head too. Technoblade stays by his side in order to help his old friend to train the young crown prince. However, it is worth mentioning that the second prince Tommy is eager to train more than his elder brother. Dealing with their old grievances, ordeals, and new and old enemies, they will have to find out the origin of the bloodthirsty whispers in their heads.
PAYMENT:
We work because we like what we are doing. We are not centered on money, and thus, there is no particular value of compensation for people who work with us. However, if the episodes pay off, we will share the earnings with you.

Voice Actor
He is one of the main characters.
Technoblade is an immortal god, an experienced warrior, and besides, a merciless murderer with voices in his head that make him kill. That is why they call him the Blood God. He is mostly serious and emotionless. What makes voicing him difficult is the fact that you will have to show emotions that are hidden under the guise of indifference. Still, there are some moments when you will have to show vivid emotions.
He also occasionally serves as a narrator.
The prototype of this character is a youtuber Technoblade, so it would be wonderful if your voice was close to his, but it is not necessary. The character appears in seven out of seven chapters. This role may contain swearing.
[You train Prince Wilbur (teen), but he is complaining]

A young Wilbur is a fourteen year old prince. A well-read, confident and a little stubborn boy. He writes songs and plays the guitar. He is dreadful at fighting. The character appears in two out of seven chapters.
A grown up Wilbur is a twenty five year old guy. His temper is age-appropriate. He is a responsible elder brother and the ruler of the kingdom. The character appears in five out of seven chapters. Voicing Wilbur, you need to have a flexible voice. We are looking for a voice actor who will be able to play a young and adult Wilbur.
He also occasionally serves as a narrator. The prototype of this character is a youtuber and streamer Wilbur Soot, so it would be wonderful if your voice was close to his, but it is not necessary. This role may contain swearing.

Philza is an immortal god, who realized the charm of lives that will eventually come to their end and who lives undercover among people. To the people around him, he is a righteous and kind ruler and a good father. However, in his past he was called the Angel of Death. Usually his voice sounds friendly and soft. Still, there are some moments when his worries will be expressed in the most vivid way or when his rage is hidden behind a cold threat.
He also occasionally serves as a narrator. The prototype of this character is a streamer and youtuber Philza, so it would be wonderful if your voice was close to his, but it is not necessary. The character appears in seven out of seven chapters. This role may contain swearing.

When he appears in the film adaptation for the first time he is six years old. Tommy is a cheerful, talkative kid. Being a true young brother, he is a little mean and stubborn. The role is rather hard, because the voice actor will have to cry a lot. The character appears in two out of seven chapters.

When we see Tommy as a teen, he is fifteen years old. He is still cheerful and confident. He is a good fighter, but a clueless prince. The character appears in two out of seven chapters.
He also occasionally serves as a narrator. The prototype of this character is a youtuber and streamer TommyInnit, so it would be wonderful if your voice was close to his, but it is not necessary. This role may contain swearing.

Dream is the main antagonist of the story. He is an immortal God that the characters know through legends that can be heard during the main story. What they do not know though is the fact that Dream’s voice and the bloodthirsty voices in their heads are oddly similar. When he is nothing but voices in the heads, this character sounds like a chorus of voices that express a wide range of emotions, but mostly he speaks aggressively, eerily, as if he dares you. When he appears as Dream, he sounds smugly, authoritatively and tantalizingly.
The character appears in five out of seven chapters. The prototype of this character is a youtuber and streamer Dream, so it would be wonderful if your voice was close to his, but it is not necessary.

Mumza is a kind and cute mother. Her voice is always soft, it is full of love to everybody. Her prototype is streamer Philza’s wife Kristin, but when we were localizing the fan fiction, this fact was left out. Nevertheless, it would be wonderful if your voice was close to her, but it is not necessary.
The character appears in three out of seven chapters.
(Softly)
“Loyalty is a rather precious gift. I do hope, my boy, that you will find the people you can trust more than your own name. You deserve that, and more, for all you have done for my family.”

He is an immortal god, who spends all his life being engaged in wars among mortals. He lost those few people that he was surprisingly strongly attached to. Since then he has been driven by the desire to take revenge on Technoblade, who killed those people. The god of war is short-tempered and cheeky.
He also serves as a narrator when his backstory is told. The prototype of this character is a youtuber and streamer Sapnap. It would be wonderful if your voice was close to his, but it is also okay if it is not. This character appears in only one chapter.

Tubbo is a naive seventeen year old boy, who joined the army in the violation of the conscription rules. At first he is excited to fight alongside his people and for his people, but soon he realises just how horrible a war can be.
Most of the time he is a narrator, but sometimes he joins the conversation. The prototype of this character is a youtuber and streamer Tubbo. It would be wonderful if your voice was close to his, but it is also okay if it is not. This character appears in three out of seven chapters.
