Dragon Ball Z: History Of Trunks Retranslated Fandub
Project Overview
Dragon Ball Z: History of Trunks Retranslated Fandub is an all-new dub project based around a Kai-style script, making it more accurately translated from the Japanese script into English. Our aim is to create a high-quality dub that was never previously provided for this Dragon Ball Z TV Special. We will also be replacing all dub names into more accurate localizations (example: Androids will be called Cyborgs, Saiyans will be called Saiyajin).
Requirements
1 - Make sure you have a good quality microphone and recording setup.
2 - Be able to do to live recording sessions via discord.
2 - Age requirement is 16 years and above.
3 - Have/be able to do a neutral North American accent.
4 - When asked, be able to pronounce Japanese-style "R"s, as well as other Japanese words, accurately.
Note: Cyborgs #17 & #18 are already cast, but all other roles are open.
Voice Actor
The well-mannered, serious and very cautious son of Vegeta and Bulma. He is trained by Future Gohan as a teenager and becomes a gifted fighter, swordsman and a Super Saiyan, which are traits that aid him greatly in the battle against the Cyborgs after traveling back in time in order to save his own future (as seen in other Dragon Ball installments).

Future Gohan is the alternate timeline counterpart of Gohan that appears in the alternative timeline in which Future Trunks lives.
He is a twenty-three-year-old man and is depicted as the mentor of Future Trunks. After Goku passes away from a heart virus and cannot be wished back with the Dragon Balls, due to his death being a natural cause and the murder of the Dragon Team at the hands of Cyborg #17 and #18 six months later, Gohan becomes Earth's last line of defense, along with Trunks. He spends the following thirteen years fending off the androids, as well as training Trunks in hopes of being able to defeat the Cyborgs alongside Trunks.

Future Bulma is the alternate timeline counterpart of Bulma. She is the mother of Future Trunks, and aside from her son, is the last surviving member of the Dragon Team in this timeline. She played a small and largely unseen, but very important role in helping Trunks stop the Cyborgs by creating the Time Machine that enabled him to go back in time in the first place and warn everyone of the Cyborgs.

Chi-Chi is the princess of Mt. Frypan and the mother of Future Gohan and the wife of the late Goku. She is also the daughter of Gyumao. She is a very tough and aggressive woman, but can also be very caring for those she loves. She is also seen having multiple angry outbursts throughout the series due to her concerned nature.

Turtle Hermit, also known as "Old Heavenly Martial Arts Master" is a master of martial arts, who trained Gohan, Gyumao, Goku, Kuririn, and Yamucha. He has a sister named Fortuneteller Baba. He is also a hermit and a pervert.

Vegeta is a powerful warrior and the cocky and proud prince of the near-extinct Saiyans. He plays the role of Trunks' father, Bulma's husband and Goku's main rival and frenemy. He is one of many to fall victim to the Cyborgs and a minor role in this film.

Kuririn is the strongest known Earthling and Goku's best friend and earliest rival. He is also a student of the Turtle Hermit. He is yet another character to fall victim to the Cyborgs and a minor role in this film.

Gyumao is the king of Mt. Frypan and the father of Chi-Chi. He used to be a frightening ruler of the village of Mt. Frypan after studying martial arts under the Turtle Hermit, but after Goku made a family with Chi-Chi, he calmed down his aggressive ways and became a friendlier, more humble man. He plays a minor role in this film.
