Sonic Movie 2 Pre-Quill Fandubs
Project Overview
What is this?
This is a collaborative effort to make a fandub of “Sonic the Hedgehog 2: The Official Movie Pre-Quill.” The comic takes place between the first and second Sonic films by Paramount, and gives a bit of insight on some details in the second film. Each story focuses on a specific character from said second film. I’ll be voicing Sonic, Knuckles, Robotnik, and some side characters. Requirements/Notes:
Have a decent mic with little to no background noise.
Impressions of the movie cast and good similar delivery is preferred, however between the two good delivery is more important.
If you can’t do movie impressions, impressions of other voice actors or original takes is allowed, just not what I’m particularly looking for.
It is not required, but background knowledge on the first and second films is preferable.
It is also not required, but having a Discord account and being able to send audio files in an mp3 format is preferred for convenience.
I am an EXTREME beginner in comic dubbing so don't get your hopes up too high for this project. You could judge the quality based on the very few other dubs I have on my channels (note that I consider myself pretty inconsistent).
Each story will be posted to my second channel as they are complete, and then the finished project will be posted on my main YouTube channel:
I am aiming to get this project complete by the time the third Sonic film comes out in theaters December 20th, no promises.
Also, if any more official (and canonical to the movie universe) comics are made with your character I may ask you if you would be willing to reprise your role, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to.

Izzy Baker
Tails is a mysterious and rather smart alien fox cub currently looking to find Sonic. He has been subject to bullying due to his abnormality, which is an extra tail, hence the name he goes by. He can also use his tails to fly.

Emcee Voices
Tom is the local sheriff for the town of Green Hills. He recently helped and befriended Sonic, as well as taking him under his care. Sonic gave him the nickname “Donut Lord” due to his liking towards the pastry. He is currently on a fishing trip in the city of Walla Walla with his fellow police officer Wade.

Maddie is a veterinarian as well as Tom’s wife, Sonic gave her the nickname “Pretzel Lady” because of how flexible she is.

Agent Stone is the evil scientist Dr. Robotnik‘s assistant. He is inhumanely loyal and shows a high level of affection towards Robotnik despite his boss’s abusive nature. Recently, Robotnik was banished to a planet riddled with almost nothing present except for many giant mushrooms due to Sonic’s efforts. Agent Stone is currently secretly carrying out his plan in case of his return whilst working at a coffee shop.

Any characters not listed with varying degrees of dialogue. There’s lots of side characters, especially in Sonic and Agent Stones‘ stories. Just send an example of your voice range, like a demo or something. Multiple people can be casted for this role.
Note: Some are technically main roles to the story they’re in, just only appear here, are mostly unimportant to the larger Sonic Cinematic Universe, and I don’t see many people auditioning for them.
