Doctor Who Fan Project: Epsilon Eridani Epilogue

Doctor Who Fan Project: Epsilon Eridani Epilogue

Project Overview

Epsilon Eridani Epilogue is a short Doctor Who stop-motion adventure 'minisode' that takes place just after another adventure Wish Upon A Star (official; part of the Lost in Time game).

The Doctor has brought Ruby back to the sun platform above the star, as it turns out she has left her phone. In her hunt for it, she bumps into one of the Vedaty that she and the Doctor recently helped, P'x, as they prepare themselves for a new future career...

  • That's amazing! Sorry. About all the questions, I mean. First time, well, one of the first times meeting an alien, no offence.

  • And you think... that's not a coincidence? The thing with my phone.

  • Well, you're going to be in charge of that, I guess.

P'x (PAH-ex) is a Vedaty (vee-DAT-ee). Vedaty are stone lifeforms with hearts that are microscopic stars; they're rather friendly. P'x has already been familiar with the Doctor for quite some time - though has only just met Ruby recently.

Will to consider what anyone is willing to throw at this. The Vedaty aren't gender-specific, and I'm willing to hear out a variety of ages and performance types for this one.

  • Our slow orbit continues well enough. I did not expect to see you again so soon, Ruby Sunday.

  • It will be unusual to leave the station, but there is a clear need for me out there. An ambassadorship is what T'r (TAH-ur) has proposed, and the elders are in favour of it.

  • Your small device? Ah, yes, I do recall seeing it earlier...
