Digimon World: Code Breakers is a D&D 5e campaign that will be released on the ZeroXP YouTube Channel! I'm only looking for a voice for three characters to give small intro dialogue to the campaign and for the promo trailer for the series.
Auditioning means you agree to abide by the deadlines set for the project by the Project Managers and creator (If you have a conflict, just inform us and we can work it out. This is a project for fun!)
Please note this is a fan-made project and was done with love. If you audition, just know you will become a part of a great and supportive community.
Plot:
Three college students are duped into the Digital World and discover that they are members of the Digi-Destined, a vigilante group known as the Code Breakers. The Code Breaker's mission is to prevent the Armada, an ever-expanding criminal syndicate from taking over the Digital World.
I can't convey how stunned I am that we received so many applications. We never expected to receive over 100 applications, but it was a fantastic experience to hear all of your incredible auditions. It was difficult to decide on a voice actor because there were so many options, but we have found them! Thank you all again for applying for our project, and we hope to work with you again if we start a new project.
Julie is a second-year college student who leads the Digi-Destined group known as the Code Breakers. She has a strong sense of justice and is a dependable friend who takes care of others and does anything they ask. She is outgoing, active, and has a compassionate nature. The big sister archetype best describes her. Because of her remorse about her last Digi-Destined group, she hates herself for abandoning them for dead, and that guilt motivates her to assume a more protective role to avoid this tragedy from occurring again.
Voice Description: Medium-female vocal range. She is kind and caring, and to some extent strict, but she maintains a moderate amount of kindness. She generally sounds anxious and is composed and focused on her task, although her tone might change depending on the situation.
[Tired and Annoyed] "What do you mean we're still three memebers down?!"
[Slightly Annoyed, Non-chalant] "Listen, I already have their locations. We just need to make it to the drop off point."
[Curious and Caring] "Sure, I'm willing to help! What to do you need?"
Jack is a third-year college student that is a member of the Code Breakers, Digi-Destined group. From the outside, Jack comes off as a bit of loner, someone who likes his company. He is shown to be rather awkward, intense and direct to the point of seeming stand-offish.
Voice Description: Medium-low male vocal range. Jack often still finds himself coming off as rather intense in conversations.
[Slightly Dismissive] "Can I help you?"
[Threatening] "You can leave now."
[Stresed, Angry] "What exactly do you expect us to do?!
Lumey is a second-year college student who is a member of the Digi-Destined group known as the Code Breakers. Lumey is bubbly, enthusiastic, and is a very charismatic individual who is carefree and also sometimes childish. Unlike the other members of the Code Breakers, she does not take her responsibilities very serious. She is considerate of others and is widely popular with both male and female students at her school.
Voice Description: High-female vocal range. She is very energetic and childish.
[Playful, Teasing] Oh c'mon Jacky~ we all know about your secret stuffed animal collection!
[Shocked] Wait really? Are they that strong?
[Excited] YAY! Now we can go shopping!
