Project Overview
Dexter, now in middle school, gets his progress report -- which has a B right at the bottom! Desperate to gain back his reputation, he signs up for his school's talent show and tries to come up with a good act. But his sister Dee Dee is in the way, opting to win the show herself.
Mandark has discovered an odd alien substance known as Binarium, which can alter a person's thoughts. A tiny bit is barely noticeable; the person may have a hard time thinking straight. A medium-sized amount can get people on your side, and they will support you as if they were your friends. When used excessively, the victim will become your mindless slave!
All the while, Dexter tries to impress a new girl at school, named Kelsie. She has a love for literature and a dark, forbidding past. Can Dexter show his appreciation?

Normally, he can be vain, and speaks as if he's on top of the world. But when his soft side is exposed, he speaks with a smooth, sympathetic voice.

Her speech has a light, pleasant tone to it, which is one of the reasons Dexter falls in love with her. Her voice resembles that of a young Natalie Portman.
