HTF Fanimatic (Handy Fanon voice needed)

Planning to make a small animatic base on a roleplay interaction I had between my OC Reone (spoken as ree-yon) and Handy (chara claim of a friend) at our Discord server.
The story revolves around Handy, who is frustrated with the progress in his latest project. Adding to the pile of his frustrations, a certain carefree dino-demon is punching walls at an abandoned lot. Trouble can only come out if this duo clashes... right?

Okay, I am quite aware how charas in silly respawning buddies (HTF) does not talk coherently at all. At best, they sound like squeaky, gibberish that are vaguely homonyms to English. Gibberinglish, if you will:
What Handy sounds like in the show
However, I am not looking for an exact voice match. Instead, I want to hear a different approach with his voice – reinterpreting the way Handy talks that suits his character best. That means, I'm giving you the creative licence to do the lines the way you see fit and most comfortable with.
My personal headcanon for him is that he is a no-nonsense, practical figure whose grumpiness is never without a reason. His anger is mostly to blame to the incompetence of the critters around him, despite their ages being roughly the same.
If you keep that idea in mind, you might draw some inspiration on how to do the lines below. Feel free to change up the wording so you could really emote as you like.

"I-I don't know- I was frustrated with my job earlier, then frustrated again with your senseless need to punch walls, then your idea- I was..." *extremely angry, yet he can't find himself finish his words as he find himself finally becoming less tensed.* (resigned/venting)
