Project Overview

This is an experimental Abridged series, and we are looking for dedicated voice actors. Please note, that you will need a good mic, and we need you to be reliable. Once you have recieved a role, we will get in contact with you immideately. Not all characters will be listed bellow, as this is only a casting for the first episode.

  • UPDATE: time constrictions

    All auditions are now closed! we thank you for your auditions we had a real blast listening to them. Now some of you are thinking that we haven't spoken to you yet even though we moved you forwards, this is mainly because of time constrictions and real life time issues on our side. However, if we have moved you forward for further auditioning stay tuned there will be more roles popping up as episodes come out. We thank you for your auditions once more and we hope you will enjoy our project and its release. 

  • UPDATE: Ryuk role

    We have chosen our Ryuk voice and he will be growingchomosome. So to all others that auditioned we would like to say thank you and we hope you will support the project in future. 

  • UPDATE: Step 2

    Hello all! We have finally chosen the actors we would like to carry forward for further auditioning. We will contact those who we have chosen as soon as we have posted this update, so they can provide skype details for further contact. So a big thank you to all those who have auditioned, and remember to keep checking if you want to audition again. There will be more aditions to come, so please feel free to audition again! Once again, a big thanks to all those who have shown interest, and we hope to get the episode creating process underway soon!

  • UPDATE: Wow.

    First thing we would like to say is, wow. We are overwhelmed with the amount of taltedted Voice actors that have auditioned for the various roles of our Death Note Abridged Series. So a big thank you to all of you!
    As far as selecting official roles are going, we are trying our best to perfectly deduce who would be best suited for each of our roles. The way we will carry this out is as follows
    -Our Team (there is only two of us so far) will carefully analyse each individual audition and make note of the ones we will take further.
    -We will the contact our chosen voice actors directly, and request skype details so we can speak to you directly. In the call, we will maybe ask a little about you and then see if we can get you to read a couple lines from the official script. 
    -Finally, if you're chosen for the role that is, we will welcome you to the team and give you the official role by contacting you directly.
    This is sadly the tedious part, but we will try our best to be fast with all the responces. We will be in contact within a weeks time. Good luck to you all! Hope to work with you soon.
    (We also apologise that this update is a couple days late. We are having to deal with personal things amongust other stuff in our lives, as well as being overwhelmed with the responce of all of you. None the less, we will be in contact soon!)
