I've added some roles that require vas that can speak Japanese. I also added some roles related to a Harley Quinn skit I have planned

Project Overview
Hello, I am StealthProductions from Slightly insulting! I have created this ccc to cast some roles needed in the upcoming dc week. Dc week will be a whole week of si dedicated to my dc projects set in the DCMU. For Info on the DCMU check out our wiki: https://dc-machinima.fandom.com/wiki/DC_Machinima_Universe_Wiki . Some of these roles will be returning. Those that will be returning will be marked as such in their descriptions. Most returning characters will be paid when that return comes as well, so look out for that! Currently we only have the roles from the Planned Flash short but we will soon have more in the coming weeks as scripts are finalized.
EDIT 7/31/20: I have added characters from our upcoming Constantine: Hellblazer short.
