Project Overview
As Conton City settles for peace after the destruction caused by Mira and Towa, Mist Akayami tries to find a normal life of comfort. His older brother, Comber, tries to convince Mist to come back to the fight and remind him who he should really be.
A Saiyan known as Twon threatens to change history and all of its important moments. Mist and Trunks realize they must put together a team to stop Twon before he can unleash the power of his master, a Cold Clan tyrant known as Hail.
They're joined by Mist's friends and other patrollers: Casper, Tanshi, Blight, Vondore, Max, Niyebe, Kotaru, Rey, Scarlett, Keito, Lukas, and Karrie. Will they be able to stop Twon and prevent Hail from conquering all?

Keito Akayami is the father of the main character, Mist. As a mentor and father, he tries his best to do what's best for his kids. When enlisting them into the Time Patrol, Keito worried Mist's ecstatic personality would effect his work performance... and it did. Struggling with his past and his relationship with his newlywed husband Sarren, Keito feels more like a character who's been through a lot. It's been a long and difficult life for this man and he just needs a break.
I'd describe his voice as something like Mufasa, Jiren, Toppo, or Hanzo Hasashi. Someone who's gruff but also very soft-spoken. A man of a few words, but those words hit hard when spoken.
(Light-heartedly)
"That's not the first time you got beaten like that."
(Up-front, battle ready)
"Go all out, GOT IT!?!"
(Demanding and forward)
"Your fatal flaw is out in the open. Keep yourself on guard."
Sarren is a very charming and wholesome person. Although he can come off as a gruff, ruthless fighter. You can guarantee he can be very welcoming. Being Keito's second husband and best friend, he's always there for emotional support and making sure anyone is alright. He has a voice similar to that of Idris Elba.

"Us Namekians aren't so weak, y'know."
Kara Kenshin is a Kaioshin woman with a playful side in battle that gives off her carefree spirit and loving personality. She's also very resilient and rational. Her voice is similar to that of Ahsoka Tano from Star Wars.
(in a sweet tone)
"You seem to be hurt. Let me help help you."
(in a battle-ready tone)
"Don't hold back on me, okay?"
(in a welcoming & loving tone)
"Thank you so much!"
Mist Akayami starts out here (in Episode 1) as a determined boy who sees the world as his personal playground. When he gets the chance to meet one of his idols, he stops at nothing to be just as great of a warrior as he is. Mist is an eccentric, joyful child with lots of heart and energy. This is very much conveyed in his scenes where he expressed his excitement to be in the Mizo Force.
(in an excited, determined tone) "One day, I'm gonna become a Super Saiyan just like Mizo ('mee-zo') and Goku!"
(in a curious tone) "Wow! You're very tall, miss."
(in a battle ready, cocky tone) "C'mon, big bro, I wanna train to become a Super Saiyan like you and dad!"
Lukas is a quiet young boy. He's a very kind child who loves to enjoy tea with anyone and is still experimenting with his god-like abilities. His small cameo role in Episode 1 introduces him as a Kaioshin child with many caring and loving traits.
(in an inviting tone) "Perhaps you'd like some tea?"
(in an excited tone) "I did it! I can make the chair float!! Can you see it, father?"
(in a strict, serious tone) "Don't underestimate me. I may be a child, but my power is far beyond that of a mere mortal."
Zuro is a quirky scientist who had begun showing his amazing intellect before even enrolling into the Conton Academy. His high IQ gives him the ability to nearly predict an opponents fighting style within a few minutes of battle. He's very clumsy and timid around people he doesn't know, and sometimes doesn't really open up well to others. Though around his family, his mental state is completely normal.
(in a freaked out tone) "Gah! Don't drop that, it's fragile!"
(in a welcoming tone) "Make yourself at home, friends."
(in a comedically determined tone) "I don't need sleep. I need answers."
Trunks is the leader of the Time Patrol alongside his best friend/boyfriend, Son Goten. Along with their other partner, Chronoa, they protect several different timelines across the multi-verse. Trunks doesn't play a large role in the story aside from helping to build the Legion and acting as a sort of Nick Fury role for this series.
(in a welcoming tone) "I won't use too much power, don't worry."
(in an excited tone) "Attention, all proud warriors!"
(in a serious, angry tone) "This is for the future!"
Goten is the leader of the Time Patrol alongside his best friend/boyfriend, Trunks Briefs. Along with their other partner, Chronoa, they protect several different timelines across the multi-verse. Goten doesn't play a large role in the story aside from helping to build the Legion and acting as a sort of Agent Coulson role for this series.
(in a disappointed tone) "The Sprite Cranberry commercial isn't coming back this year."
(in a flirty tone) "Hey man, are you an angel? (whispers) Because I'm allergic to feathers."
(in an excited & battle-ready tone) "Don't get too cocky now."
Nama is Mizo's partner in crime. She's of the Flexibon race. She's a very caring and motherly person. Fun fact: when she's speaking to people who can understand fluent Flexibon language, she sounds completely normal. But when she talks to people who don't speak Flexibon, she sounds like a squeaky toy to them.
(like a drill instructor) "Soldiers, stand to attention!"
(in a welcoming tone) "Welcome to the Conton Academy!"
(in a caring, assuring tone) "Don't worry. The Mizo ('mee-zo') Force is here to help."
Katarina is a member of the Mizo Force. She's not a very major character in the universe and only serves as a cameo role. Though her role is still very important for being apart of Mist's backstory.
Not much is known about her personality, but we're shown that she's very caring towards her fellow heroes and is willing to do anything to ensure a better future.
(in a battle ready tone) "Show me what you got."
(in a sarcastic tone) "Oh great, I love mandatory timeline check-ups that we definitely did not sign up for."
(in a confrontational tone) "Got a problem??!"
Pikkon is Mist's and Comber's mentor throughout the story and is Keito's idol. Throughout the pilot and later on in the series, Pikkon's lessons to Mist and Comber are explored to further develop the two main leads. Pikkon is a strict and caring teacher who also puts up one hell of a fight.
(in a strict tone) "Training isn't as simple as you think."
(in a calm, warm tone) "It's nice, isn't it?"
(in a questioning tone) "His power... I've seen something like this before."
Mira is the main villain of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and the game's final boss. In Legion's pilot episode, he serves the same role, but with a bit more development towards his motivation. Mira is a battle-hungry android who yearns for a thrilling battle.
(in an aggressive tone) "This is my full power!"
(in a scheming, evil tone) "You don't know what's about to happen, mortal."
(in a calm tone) "Don't expect me to let you live."
Towa is the 2nd lead villain of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Her role is small in this episode, but along the same lines as Mira's. She's a very quick and cunning warrior with many demon-like abilities you'd want to watch out for. She's a very snarky girl and likes to taunt her opponents.
(in a flirty tone) "You honestly think you can beat me?"
(in an angry tone) "Damn you!"
(in an impressed tone) "Well then. Quite the power for a mere mortal."
Bardock, the father of Goku. In this timeline, he remains similar to his variant from the Xenoverse 2 story, although with a few minor changes to fit this new universe. Bardock is a very determined fighter willing to die for his race and save the future. He's also a loving father to his children, Kakarot and Raditz, and makes sure to give his wife, Gine, all the happiness she deserves.
(in a cocky tone) "This will make for a perfect warm-up."
(in an aggressive tone) "This will change everything!!!"
(in an angry, yet confident tone) "Freeza! I'm coming for you, you murderous self-serving traitor. It's over!"
