Project Overview
Danganronpa: Tides of Desolation is a non-profit danganronpa fan-made Audio Book/Novel Series
Set in a world recovering from a war that left the planet desolate 12% of all human life was lost, in need, in an seemingly endless pandemic. This war was known as perhaps the worst event in the history of man. The war is considered so taboo that speaking about it publicly can result in imprisonment. How does one even try and combat the pure tragedy of a war that swept to every last nation? Well of course, the only logical answer is with the grandest cruise known to man!
The son of a billionaire, Akiyama Kaminari offers to take 20 ultimate students upon his grand cruise ship for 2 weeks around the ocean, to live in the lap of luxury. However, as it may be obvious, not everything goes to plan, the first sign being 21 ultimates show up, instead of the planned 20. Upon meeting their host, Akiyama Kaminari, a few seem unsettled. But a few looming clues lead them to believe this is not the man they expected to meet, as they go to leave, the ship sets sail, and the game begins.
I'm looking for 22 voice actors, for the 21 students + the host! The requirements aren't much, but you must be 14+, and the audition should have little to no background noise if at all possible, there are guidelines for how each character should sound, a little creativity is always appreciated!

This is not connected to the danganronpa universe in the slightest, it's set in a completely different universe. Where ultimates exists, ultimate schools exists, but hopes peak academy and all that entailed does not, this will focus on themes of Trust vs Fear
This is going to be a series of audio books, as well as regular books to just read along on Wattpad if you prefer to read rather than listen. Personality:
Takehiko is focused on his work, he puts it above all else. He doesn't eat, sleep, or drink until he's finished his job. Takehiko has a very strict mindset, that if you're not working, you're failing, and that's what being an ultimate is about
How they need to sound:
Takehiko needs to sound very uptight, like he has a place to be, and talking to you is a waste of his time. He needs to speak quick, and if his voice could be on the higher end of the spectrum, that would be appreciated
I imagined Medium to high pitched for him
I can identify the difference between a Colt Anaconda revolver and a Colt Python revolver by the simple notches etched into the side of their ammunition.

Asuka is a very laid back sort of guy, he doesn't really care what anyone has to say about him, if money ends up in his pocket, he doesn't care. And that's how he's always been
How they need to sound:
Asuka needs to have a deep voice, think Nekomaru without the obnoxious amount of yelling, imagine Nekomaru if he as a stoner, and there you go, you have Asuka! His voice needs to be deep and calming, like someone you'd want to have read you a bed time story
As a professional appraiser, I expect the most minute pieces of junk to look for that little bit of good old AU in-between the fields of shitty copper and tin, so quite frankly bud, seeing past your bullshit really ain't all that difficult for a man like me.

Felix is a 6 foot 6 wall of pure intimidation, his sleek black hair and piercing red eyes terrify even Akiyama at times. He's cold, and insults without reason. He seems to have a burning hatred for his younger brother, wanting to tear down anyone who dares become friends with him.
How they need to sound:
Felix's voice needs to match his terrifying personality, it has to be deep and intimidating. Felix is all about striking fear into someone before the battle has even begun, if you can carry that into the voice, then you're halfway there

How they need to sound:
Oliver has a deep but caring voice, he's like an elder brother to everyone in the cast, he'll protect them with everything he has. Even his life. If you could channel that in your voice, a man who's willing to do anything to protect these people he's trapped with, with everything he's got

Naomi is incredibly shy, any sudden sound makes her run off into hiding behind the biggest person there is. She's rather dependent, which is unfortunate given her genius. Naomi doesn't really get people and socializing, however, numbers and figures is where she absolutely shines
How they need to sound:
Naomi defiantly has a quiet and shaky voice, it's very high pitched, and not intimidating at all. It doesn't make her seem friendly, it just makes her seem shy
