Danganronpa Subterranean Fear
Project Overview
Hello there, my name is Sky. I'm here today to scout out some help with my Danganronpa Fan Game. I have been planning it for a year now, developing characters, their personalities, their designs and etc.
I have made some initial progress on my own but I now need more help in the planning department, art/media development, scripting, composing and finally voice acting. All help is appreciated!

General Requirements:
-Having a discord; this will be the main way I get into contact with you and give updates about the project
-Commitment; longstanding help is essential to finish this project.
Roles Needed:
- Planning and Development
This section has a wide range of itinerary ranging from just a simple planning team to working on the actual game making sure it runs, coding it and etc.
- Script Writers
You need to have a full understanding of the characters to get their personalities and to make conversations flow naturally.
- Voice Actors
I have 18 roles that need to be filled and you may audition for as many characters are you'd like. Mic quality is a must as well as reading the descriptions for each character. If you cannot send your auditions via CCC we can make arrangements.
*I know that I will have to pick one person but if I have mixed feelings I will personally assess the voices in a group call on the discord.
- Artists
This will be a big role as most of the sprites I have are sprite edits. I want the artists to draw the sprites, cutscenes, executions, backgrounds and body discoveries. More may be included.
- Composers
I'd like people to be able to write and play music for the project being similar to the Danganronpa soundtrack. They would also need to produce music for the executions.

Kenta is very, very pessimistic on his views on the world, himself and the future so much so he mocks it which helped him gain his talent. He is cunning and quite witty with what he says and does and can be a bit sarcastic at times. He is quite blunt and straightforward but he does tend to care for others despite the fact he doesn't care much for himself.
Kenta has a more medium sounding voice. He tends to sigh a lot and sometimes laugh at his own jokes. I want someone who can sound downbeat and depressed but also knows when to insert the comical part into his speech
(Slightly Downbeat) "I'm Kenta Inoue. I guess you could call me the Ultimate Comedian. I'm not really that useful, I only make people laugh, nothing big."
(Sarcastic and Annoyed) "Oh really? In case you couldn't understand what I said, I thought when I said, 'I'm ok', I meant for you to fuck off!"
(Slightly Happy) "You know you're an idiot. But I guess two deformed peas fit an equally fucked up Pod."
Chika is very boisterous in attitude and can be sometimes considered as 'one of the boys'. She does tend to make a lot of crude and suggestive jokes. Chika could be considered a kind Miu Iruma due to her lewd behaviour. She is seemingly fun-loving and ditzy but is that the case?
Chika has a medium pitched perky voice which can be smooth at times
(Friendly and Upbeat) "Hey, I'm Chika Miyako, also known as the Ultimate Escape Artist. I can easily escape traps of all sizes and ages~"
(Girly) "I like what all girls like really! Make-up, clothes shopping and all forms of window shopping. Oh, and most importantly, boy shopping! See~ I'm just a normal gal!"
(Downbeat) "What is this garbage? I swear, this is more useful that a bloody tampon."
Larke is feminine boy who is extravagant and grand with his actions and words. He speaks with a way which exudes confidence and gayness all in the manner of a prince. It also turns out Larke is a transgender boy, being a female at birth and transitioning to a male. He likes playfully flirting and teasing the other men, especially Kenta.
Larke has a feminine tone to his voice being a transgender male meaning a man or a woman can voice him. For men they need to sound slightly camp and as for women his voice must not be too girly. Remember to act playfully. ALSO ENGLISH ACCENT
(Flamboyant and Playful) "Oh, heelloo there handsome~ How do you do? Me? I'm feeling most joyous right now. Oh yes, my name is Larke Lee, the Ultimate Violinist all the way from England!"
(Sorrowful and Dramatic) "Oh dear, it seems that our host would want us to kill... It's a shame that death will sadly happen."
(Grand) "I have returned. Aren't you pleased that I have graced your presence once more? I don't hear the applause."
Hiromasa is very arrogant, hot headed and not as much sympathetic as others. He can be loyal to someone to a point of fault but if they are a woman, he'll protect them though he despises them. He also hates gay people. He has a code that he binds himself and sticks to. He makes friends with the more straighter boys and Roma who agrees with his logic to an extent.
Hiromasa would have a medium to low sounding voice, more gruff as he tends to grunt and sigh alot. He also tends to shout a fair bit, be it through lectures or aggression or even both. This character would also have a bit of a vocal range from this fairly obvious aggression to panic or embarrassment.
(Blunt and Clearly) "I'm Hiromasa Yamamoto, and I'm the Ultimate Bouncer. Now would you kindly piss off."
(A bit Angrily) "I need no WOMAN to complete me... I don't need ANYONE at that! Only people worth my respect are the TRUE men around here, you bitch."
(Enraged and shouting) "FUCK OFF! I can't stand you OR anyone like your kind! I hope you rot in the DEPTHS OF HELL, YOU SCUM!"
Sky is a kind, gentle and calm person. He is very outgoing and thoughtful but always retains his cool even in drastic situations. His thoughts tend to conflict with another which can occasionally break his calm demeanor but can easily build it back up. He strives for the best in people and gets more interested in cases of abnormality. He can sometimes come across as shy but tries to combat it.
Sky has a medium voice range. He is mostly calm and paternal in his lines, being the voice of reason of the group. He'd most likely have a whispy sounding nature to his voice, to make his words linger for a while.
(Politely) "Ah... greetings. I am Rai Shinmizu, the Ultimate Psychiratrist. But please, you may call me Sky."
(Calm) "The mind is most certainly an interesting place... tell me, Kenta, do you have any childhood trauma? Are you sleeping well? Keep yourself calm and tranquil as you answer..."
(A bit worriedly) "A-alright, let's just... calm down. We need to think before we just, r-rush into such a drastic situation... o-okay?"
Hanako is a mostly gentle kind and considerate person who thoroughly believes in hard work to get what she wants. She can sometimes seep out a tomboyish side to her but she constricts it with acting posh despite the fact she was brought up in the countryside. She can show a motherly and caring side but can get a bit too overbearing.
Hanako should have a medium smooth voice who can be posh also break down in a country accent when she's annoyed or when things won't go her way.
(Friendly and Graceful) "Ah, greetings! My name is Hanako Sasaki, the Ultimate Herbalist. I have extensive knowledge on herbs and their health qualities. If you need anything let me know!"
(Annoyed) "What the hell ya on about! Can ya not see what this is about or somethin'? W-we're gonna hafta kill!"
(Bashfully) "Ah, you didn't have to do that for me, but thank you anyways. I appreciate your gratitude."
Roma is literally is the lone wolf of the group though maintains a watchful eye. She doesn't speak much as she can't speak proper English as she was abandoned at birth and raised by wolves, but she tries anyways. Even though she can mostly be stoic she has a shy kind side to her. She can be very protectful of those close to her trying to scare away threats.
Roma speaks in broken English and would have a deep husky voice. The voice actress may be required to growl at some times.
(Serious, Calm)"Roma is Ultimate Tracker. Find what you need? Roma also hunt for talent."
(Annoyed)"*Growl* There no way Roma will stand to listen to the insults! Roma not culprit!"
(Confident, a bit stern)"There no need to worry. Rely on Roma, will protect no matter what."
Airi is seen to be a childish imp architype being extremely juvinle and playful with her actions and mannerisms. However she can strike a sinister tone to her voice, making her appear to be more estranged than her cute design makes it to be. She can be friendly but her motives for such things can seem odd and unnatural. She is the Ultimate Oneirologist as she studies dreams and how she hopes to be in them.
Airi would have a high pitched bubbly voice, who can sometimes sound sinister and laugh manichally.
(Upbeat) "Hi there! Hehehe! My name is Airi Makashi, and I love learning about others hopes and dreams! That's why I'm the Ultimate Oneirologist!"
(Sinisterly) "Well, people killing each other is envitable! I just can't wait to see who's tempted into this! I'm excited hehe!"
(Calm and Relaxed) "Don't worry, everything will be fine. I'm here with you! If anything bad happens and you die, your eternal slumber would be a dream come true!"
Kawakari is more or less a bro character who has confidence issues so he tends to overcompensate. He has no general awareness of personal space so likes to hug or wrap his arms around someone to comfort them. He's a bit of leader figure though stubborn, bold and is the type to continue ramming himself into a wall to get through.
Kawakari would have a medium to low sounding voice. He'd need sound masculine and bro-like, somewhat like Kaito.
(Optimistic) “I'm Kawakari BRIONITA! I hope you're ready for an EPIC adventure with the Ultimate Bounty Hunter! C'mon, let's keep pushin'!”
(Panicked and Sheepish) “E-eh... maaaybe we should stop talking 'bout this. Y'ain't really helping the situation, and I'm actually pretty repulsed right now, so—”
(Supportive) “Aw, cheer up, Kenta! No matter the obstacles, patience endures ANYTHING! C'mon, we can do this, just... (Stubbornly) gotta keep... trying... uuuUUGH...”
Crystal is a French girl who seemingly doesn't give a fuck about anyone or their feelings. She is cold and distant to mostly everyone and can be slightly bitchy to most of the cast. She was done with cast and their shit a long time ago. She occasionally swears in English and French. (apologies for the broken french words.)
Crystal for one would need to have a French accent or at least a tint of it. Crystal will need to be confident but also rude to others.
(Standoffish) "Hmm, what do you want, imbecile. Oh my name. Crystal Himura. Ultimate Strategist, now casse-toi!"
(Rude) "Go away, I don't want you here. How do I saw it, go away you idiots! I would like to not be disturbed by your idiotic presence."
(Tired) "Why should I care. It's not as if i'm stupid enough to kill unlike those bunch of connards."
Since I do not have a picture of Hisao I can explain the brief details of his design. Hisao would be considered a bara but more chubby. He'd wear glasses and his dirty blonde hair would be tied in a man bun or ponytail. He also has a prosthetic left leg.
Hisao is a honest and modest man who can seem shy. He does have light social anxiety but it's not extreme. He seems to put himself down a lot but also seems to care a lot for the others especially Shinryo as he sees a lot of himself in him. He can sometimes have panic attacks which oddly revolve around his leg.
Hisao, despite being a large bara like male, would have a medium pitched voice. The actor would sometimes need to stumble over their words as him but also portray him as somewhat smart and capable. He can be cynical sometimes but that is triggered when Hisao has confidence.
(Nervously and Bashfully) "Oh, ah yes! I'm Hisao Katsuro, it's nice to meet you. Oh, yeah, I was, i mean I am the Ultimate Computer Technician. I'm here if you need me!"
(Caring) "It will be fine, I hope. I know we can't do much, but I want us to be safe. N-no one is going to get hurt."
(Panic) "A-AAAH- I-i can't! *huff* M-my leg i-its. N-no i-i'm sorry, I d-din't mean to- sorry."
Eri a calm yet stern older figure to the cast. She seems distant sometimes to the rest of the cast. She doesn't mind being with people, but she doesn't nescisarily love it. Eri can be quite an intelligent person, able to see through many situations and mostly helps during 'certain' times.
Eri is open to a vareity of tones of voice, she would be more mature and knowledgeable so she would be using more precise terminology and 'intelligent' vocabulary.
(Monotone and calmly) "Um... Greetings... I'm Eri Nakahara... Huh? Oh I was given the title of Ultimate Spiritualist. Now , if you don't mind, I'd like to be left alone. I need quiet to think..."
(Surprised, and secretly happy) "You... want to hang out with me? Please go ahead... though i'm not sure why you would want to seeing as I don't talk much..."
Stern and strict "The bear isn't lying... for some reason I can tell he's being very serious. This place.... and that bear... were designed to make us kill each other."
Sho is a happy go lucky boy. He is optimistic about a lot of things in life even death. He just wishes the best for people and for the dead people, he's happy that they are in a better place now. He also when serious can be really supportive and can be the wisest of all the cast with his support.
Sho has a child-like voice as is mostly upbeat. He can be curious but can immediately 'grow up' and give advice to those who need it. Sho won't let anything get him down as he carves his own small happy path to the beat of his own drum
(Upbeat) "Hiiii! Hi what's going on! Ah I love to meet new friends! Oh, yeah- I'm Sho Hamasaki and I am the Ultimate Ichthyologist! I love the little fishies!"
(Thinking) "Hmm... my heads hurting. What's the point in killing? We all have each other, you're all my friends and i would never hurt you! We can all stay happy and live here!"
(Serious) "We can do this together, I believe in us. You just got to too, you know! Please, i know we can do this, I have faith in everyone!"
Hinoka is mostly calm, chill and relaxed. She's more reactive than proactive despite her more active talent. She comes off a bit hesitant towards some tasks with others. Being a singer she developed a stage persona, which makes her appear more sociable and more free yet rash with her decisions. Happy and excitable.
Hinoka would need a medium voice who can change their voice to be more bubbly and excitable to a more calm and cool vibe at whim.
(Her idol personality, lots of energy and friendliness) "Hey Hey everyone! Come on and let's get that energy up and those frowns turned! I'm Hinoka Jiga, the Ultimate Pop Singer!"
(Her normal personality, freaking out a little) "I'm not sure what to do... I can't stay trapped in this place forever! My fans... my fans won't know what happened! I can't disappoint them!"
(Her normal personality, kind and calm) "Thank you for being here with me and listening Kenta, it really meant a lot. (switch to her idol personality) Let's hurry up and get out of here together! We have to share the stage one day after all!"
Shinryo is a timid and nervous boy who is skeptical and anxious about most things, unable to look at things as just what it is always looking for a reason why people are nice to him. He can get clingy to some people who are nice to him and can easily work himself up. He is a perfectionist with his OCD, wanting things to be "Perfect" and afraid of failure. He sometimes can't get his words out and makes himself panicked and worked up.
Shinryo would have a mostly medium, medium to high voice, often having his voice breaking and stuttering a lot. They would also need to sound like they can somewhat hyperventilate at times.
(Nervously) "W-why do you w-want me! M-my name? I-it's Shinryo Abe, I'm the Ultimate Architect, b-but you probably w-won't care."
(Bashful) "H-huh, how can I t-trust you? Y-you could kill me if y-you had the chance! B-but t-thanks, I guess..."
(Panicked and Annoyed) "Ah! T-this is not g-good enough! I-it has to be p-perfect, ok, OK? *gasp* I-i need to g-go."
Since I currently have no images of her, I shall explain my conception for her. Indigo has straight blond hair with indigo eyes. She will wear a dark blue blazer over a frilly blouse. She'd also wear 3/4 pants with dark blue small heeled shoes.
Indigo is a strong leader type figure who wants what is just for everyone almost in a black and white way. She's friendly to the others but can be serious when it comes down to it. All killers seem the same to her, all lowlife scum.
Indigo has a medium toned voice which can be friendly and caring but can be authoritative. She would need to be confident sounding.
(Friendly, Bashful towards end) "Hey there, my name is Indigo Kawasaki, It's so nice to meet all of you! Ah yes, my talent... err... sadly I can't seem to remember it I'm afraid."
(Strict) "Surely we must have justice, It's the only way we can co-exist with this awful situation! Please, without order, alot more than one person will die."
(Downbeat yet Hopeful) "Even though this has gotten grim, I still belive we together can do this, as a team, right?"
Monorato is a small, half royal blue and white rat plush with a red eye.
Monorato is more formal and direct with the cast, being mostly posh and gentlemanly. He can come across as cynical being known as the one behind the killing game.
Monorato would have a medium to low, low tone, with his voice being mysterious and able to laugh. Monorato would need to contrast Monomause.
(Grandly yet Mysteriously) "Greetings to you all, my precious vermin. You may call me, Monorato, the leader behind this tantlizing killing game, it is such a pleasure to be here."
(Manichical and Mocking) "Keh-keh-keh-keh, you really think by just banding together, your sorry excuse for a team will stand? Sadly this is the real world, where the fear of death looms over you everyday. Run along and go back to planning your sadistic murders."
(Fake Pity) "Ah, tis a shame for you to not understand the gravity of your situation. If only you knew, your actions have consequences. Maybe then you wouldn't be here."
Monomause is a small, half white and baby blue mouse plush with red left eye
Monomause is a juvenile almost childish character who thinks hes in the right. He acts like a stereotypical gangster with a mood like a teenager. He does warent at least some respect to his big brother, Monorato.
Monomause would have a high to medium, medium voice, with a possible slight squeakiness to his voice.
(Snarky) "Heh, you guys betta appriciate what ya given, me! Name's Monomause, this here is my big bro, ya betta be scared."
(Happy and Smug) "Chi-chi-chi-chi what's wrong~ ya mad? Too bad ya vermin. Aww this so fun seeing ya pests struggle around, it's cute, ya know; and all cute things must go and die."
(Unhinged) "T-tch, if big bro were here, he'd mess you up, ya hear? I shouldn't be allowing this but here, ya happy pipsqueak?"
A Sprite artist would need to know how to replicate the Danganronpa Artstyle for making the sprites. There is a lot of work and dedication needed for the sprites, but you will not be on your lonesome as I will make a team. This description also applies for all the other artist roles.

This artist would need to be able to make backgrounds for environments in the cutscene, know proportions of one character to another relative to the shot and to understand perceptive and lighting.

This would include Argument Armament Sprites and Rebuttal Showdown Sprites. Again relating it against the existing renditions of the Super Danganronpa 2's Rebuttals and Danganronpa V3's Argument Armaments.
