Danganronpa New Blood

These are for the character sprites that are meant to show off how a character is feeling at a given time common in visual novels. I am mainly looking for something somewhat realistic but I am fine with other styles. Expressiveness is also key

You will be making the CGs in the story meant to better showcase important scenes and the splash art showing off each character. Like the Sprite Artist, I am mainly looking for something somewhat realistic but I am open to other styles. But this time you don't need to worry so heavy about expressions since there is more you can do with the body language.

Here, you will be tasked in making the pixel sprites for each character to move around in gameplay outside the trials and the backgrounds. I would recommend looking at Super Danganronpa Another 2 to get a better idea of what I want from the pixel art here. It doesn't have to match the quality, just the style.

Maxine is the Ultimate Ninja, she is very serious and stoic but also shy. She never shows her face, as well as constantly pushing herself in the way of her training. Though she is still a good person at the end of the day. Her voice should be high pitched but mainly stoic and calm outside of big events.

Flora is your typical tomboy, as expected of the Ultimate Football Pro (It's American Football). She has a good heart but she is very rowdy and reckless, with it often getting her in trouble..She loves getting dirty and playing sports, especially football. She is always up for a challenge and will look forward to getting stronger. Her voice should have a rasp to it as well as being tough and a deep female voice.

Kira is the Ultimate Necromancer and she is very eccentric. She'll constantly talk down to those below her and threaten to kill, claiming herself as a harvester of the dead's power and that makes her untouchable. Her voice should be high pitched and always have a hint of malice in there.

Aimi is the Ultimate Band Kid and absolute mess socially, she can barely get through a single sentence without stuttering. She is extremely awkward and dorky, but in a cute way. Her voice should be mainly quiet and soft.

Kame is a very simple character. She's a sweet girl with a desire to help people and animals, as the Ultimate Veterinarian she tries to be as professional and understandable as possible but she can be a wreck in high stress situations. Her voice should be high pitched and friendly.

As the Ultimate Therapist, Isabel is very empathetic and nuturing. Because of this title, I decided she will play mainly a supporting roll to other characters and their arcs. She will listen and not judge, offering solutions to other's problems and letting them talk whenever they are ready. Because of that she needs a soft and friendly voice.

The Ultimate Pirate, Akira is another eccentric character. However, unlike Kira, she is a lot kinder. Treating the other cast members like her crew and going out of her way to protect them, taking up the leader role. She will also have cartoony pirate speak. She should also have a deep and intimidating voice.

Grace is very eccentric but not like Kira and Akira are. Instead of leaning into a specific personality to the extreme, she is just trying to bring excitement to the little things in life and entertain people. Because if she help people temporarily forget about their worries for even a second, then it's all worth it.

The host of the Killing Game! Mononeko is based around the Lucky Cats, at least in terms of design. She is overly cute as if she is trying too hard and hates anything that isn't cute. She also has that sadism that Killing Game Hosts must have, and she mainly applies it when talking about how much she hates it when cute things are ruined. This voice should be very cartoony and cute. Even when she is being sadistic to really sell home the creepiness of her.

Hank is very pessimistic and depressed, not showing care for much things and barely showing any emotion unless it's something he cares deeply about, like his sibling Ethan or anime. This does have a reason but that will be explained in the story. Hank's voice is very deep and low energy, barely having any emotion in it save for a few lines where he will show

some like sadness or anger.

This is another pretty simple character, a normal person trying to make the things he love with his games. As such, he has completely ruined his sleep schedule to the point that his body doesn't even know when it should sleep anymore. As such, he is always tired and the lack of sleep occasionally gets to him. He does try his best to be nice to those around him. His voice should be low and slow, as since he is tired he isn't going to be talking at a normal pace.

This guy is the most normal among the lot. No quirks, no jokes in his personality, no major hang-ups. Just a normal dude..Why? Because he is meant to be the straight-man of the group (Even if he isn't straight, as he will be reacting to the chaos to make his normal reactions the jokes. His voice shouldn't have any focus, just a normal voice capable of good emotional range.

Ba'al, he's the Ultimate Babysitter! As such, he is similar to Isabel. Empathetic and nuturing..However, he is more active in this role. Always asking people if they need help, going out of his way to make them food or giving them advice. This is an actively nice man who also exists to drive other's arcs but in a more active way that makes him more of a main character than a support character. But that doesn't mean he is always nice like Isabel is. Because if the situation calls for it, he can be stern and mean. Now this does still have the intention of helping people but it is worth noting he is not always going to be nice. If you are a jerk, he will treat you like one. He should sound very professional and soft, with the ability to go into a harder tone if the situation calls for it.

Not a lot to explain here. Tio is a joke through and through, he exists to be funny. As the Ultimate Guesser, he will be questioning everything. There will be no variety in his emotions, just confusion to the point where he says everything like it's a question. He does try to be nice, but that's nowhere near the main focus with him. All that needs to be said about his voice is that it should be high pitched.

Ramondo! He is very suave and charming but not in a perverted way, more in a hopless romantic away. He is looking for his true love, though he doesn't make that his entire personality. He has a heart of gold for one, going out of his way to help people with the real main personality trait. Dancing! As the Ultimate Dancer, he is super passionate and views it as an art. Dancing to him is the ultimate language of love, and all types of love. Platonic, familal and romantic. His voice needs be deep and smooth as butter.

Not gonna sugarcoat it, Ren is very creepy. He is a pervert but not in a traditional way.. Instead of trying to see people naked without their consent, or trying to get with people. He is invading their personal lives and trying to set them up with people to date without their permission. And what's even crazier is that he is successful, thus why he is the Ultimate Matchmaker. He is also obsessed with romantic love, believing it to be the most important thing in the world. His voice is very raspy and creepy, you need to make him sound like someone you don't want to know.

This is a really minor role. So minor he only appears twice in the series but he has a speaking role in the Prologue so he is needed here. He is Max's sensei and adoptive father, and as such he falls into the typical mentor personality. Wise and kind, able to give sage advice effortlessly. This should be a deep yet warm voice.
