•some payments are listed as deferred and others as unpaid, this is because the deferred payment ones would be the top priority had the series gained enough traction to pay people, if it did in fact do very well, and we have enough, the unpaid roles would also receive some payment.
Furthermore if for a reason the host has money to give during the project this system will also be the same. The artwork and animation being paid would be the top priority.
This is a project using the Danganronpa game formula, however it has been altered, while similar having different effects, and explanations to the situations surrounding our characters.
Skilamalink’s cast consists of 20 participants along side 2 hosts.

All work will be unpaid and strictly voluntary,
Every cast member will join a discord server for the volunteers and such to keep contact.

Cg artists are one of the top priorities needed,
They would be needing to prove their art skills, to show they can draw the characters in the correct style. best described as reminiscent of the danganronpa art style.

Writers will be a very important role to this project.
we need writers to be able to write with the host’s ideas, and help create a semi-realistic story and help provide engagement in the ideas and storytelling.
Along side helping be able to write the scripting and plan ahead.
Must have Discord. To be able to make contact and have good communication with the host so everybody can have an understanding on the situation as it goes on.

Occasional animations for CG work,
Must be able to handle a similar style towards danganronpa, And must know how to handle their animation.
If we somehow are able to get animators on board, while this is an unpaid project if there was ever chance to pay volunteers the animators would be one of the top priorities.
We know just how hard animation is and we are not expecting access for this role, but it’s here by the slight chance someone volunteers.

Background artists will be given examples and sketch concepts and will have to be able to create the scene background in question, most if not all should be able to have layers, for example a room would have the bed on a separate layer and so forth.

Art Renderers Jobs are to colour and render the art pieces occasionally, they won’t do all of them but they need to be able to shade in a style reminiscent of the danganronpa style, they may be asked to render things like CGs or Splash Arts Occasionally.
