Project Overview
Danganronpa: Cavern's Massacre? What's that?
This is a project inspired by the original visual novel series: Danganronpa. We are a non-profit project attempting to achieve the most gruesome Fanganronpa yet!
Sypnosis:
You have been invited to an "Ultimates" convention. Your ride stops dead in its tracks in front of a terrifyingly big building, a sign stating "Welcome Ultimates to Autumn Cavern Hotel!"
Lore:
Have you ever felt like you’ve been trapped in an unending nightmare? Have you ever wanted to wake up from this nightmare and never want to go back into it again? It doesn't matter how hard you pinch yourself. This isn't some nightmare. This is real life. The nightmare. Your reality. It’s as simple as that. And now you're in the midst of it.
You looked out the window of a taxi. You watched the buildings pass by at an excruciatingly slow pace. It was late afternoon. The streets were full of people bustling about their business while you were on your way to a hotel. Apparently some kind of 'Ultimate' convention was being held there this weekend. There were no signs saying what the event actually was, only knowing it was mandatory to go.
As soon as the driver parked your cab, you stepped off the curb and onto the street. You payed for your ride, unloaded your luggage and gave the taxi driver one last look before closing the door behind you. The door made a loud sound that echoed through the otherwise empty sidewalk. There it was. A building so big it made the buildings surrounding it seem small. It didn’t look particularly welcoming. It was more intimidating than anything. A sign read: 'Welcome Ultimates to Autumn Cavern Hotel!"
Eerieness of the "Autumn" made you feel cold. The air was crisp indeed and the leaves on the trees begin to change color, creating a beautiful tapestry of reds, oranges, and yellows. Odd. But the oddity was just beginning.
The name of the hotel kept repeating in your mind.

"Ayaka Kimura, the Ultimate Figure Skater. From what I can gather, she's not much use to us. Neutral, kind, normal girl in the street."
Ayaka Kimura is a people pleaser, oftenly going out of her way to personally assist in all kinds of matters. She loves to show kindness and support to people with whom she shares common experiences and interests, even if she isn't particularly close with them. She has never been able to find someone to be very close to, but at times like these she finds that she can easily become attached to whoever comes to her.
Ayaka has a high-pitched voice. We're looking for someone who is able to freak out and/or cry. We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

"There used to be this one lake me and my friend always went to. We used to practice ice skating there! Aw.. how much I miss my hometown.." (slightly sad)
"Here: Hanako Nagashima. The Ultimate Gardener. She's pretty basic as well. Just an average girl who likes gardening. Not worth anything to us. Though, insight on herbs may be useful.."
Hanako Nagashima has a "Mom" personality, being a tender and kind person. The way she expresses herself is similar to how one would imagine a mother would be like, with her caring attitude towards her child and her concern for others. Tenderness doesn't only apply to people though!
Hanako has a mid-low voice, usually comforting to the ear. We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

"Erm, these shrubs don't look very natural.. I'll need to- Oh! Hello sweetheart, how are you doing this evening? Morning? Night? With all these shut windows, I can't even tell.. What am I doing? Oh, I'm just checking these indoor plants out. They do seem rather.. unnatural. Would you like to accompany me?" (mumbling, glad)
"Thoughts on this hotel? Strange to say the least, terrifying to see all these people suffering.. So much energy and emotion...." (worried)
"Heh, Ire Sano, the Ultimate Scientist. Intelligent, independent, and quiet. We'll have to.. take her as well.."
Ire Sano is an intelligent woman who is often quiet and thoughtful, preferring to observe things with others around her rather than engage them in conversation unless required, speaking in few words. She has a passion for science, and enjoys the feeling of accomplishment that comes from completing scientific work.
Voice range does not matter for this character! Though, person will require the ability to freak out/go maniac at some point.. We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

Kahori Shotai is an insightful person with a unique perspective on life and human nature. She is passionate, outspoken and brave when it comes to her beliefs. Her passion is what made her become one of the most prolific tarot card readers in the whole world and she uses her reading to teach others about their own emotions and how those feelings can be channeled into their spiritual growth.
We are not looking for a specific voice range for Kahori! Though, we do ask for either a soft-spoken or raspy voice with a performative or eloquent tone! We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

"Kiara Burch? She doesn't seem like a local."
"She isn't, she's from the US."
"Oh? Are they allowed to come?"

"The Ultimate Traveling Journalist. A bit boring, really. Writing for magazines, maybe a newspaper, articles as well."
Kiara Burch is an optimistic young lady, with a penchant for traveling! The universe is her canvas to capture, and as such she's always ready to document it.
Kiara has a mid-high voice, auditioner may or may not need the ability to freak out (to be safe, we prefer that they do have the ability)! We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

"Staying in one place is boring. I don't get how people can just.. stay in their hometown for the rest of their lives!" (baffled)
"A quiet one with a handful: Nyoko Okimoto, the Ultimate Seamstress. Nice, but just a simple seamstress. Nothing interesting here, I'm afraid.."
Nyoko Okimoto has a monotone personality and is generally quiet. She doesn't like to talk much and only says what she needs to say direct and bluntly. In addition, she rarely smiles or talks to others unless prompted.
We're not looking for a specific voice range for Nyoko! If you'd like a character with many lines, Nyoko is probably not one to audition for.. We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

Yui Toyo is portrayed as being shy, generous, polite, apologetic, mature, eloquent, and passionate about topics she is interested in, although she is also very insecure, awkward, and has a tendency to act slightly condescending and patronizing to mask her self-doubt.
We do not require a specific voice range for Yui! We do require that the upcoming voice actor can act out a stutter-y/paranoid character! We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

"Don't tell anyone about this, alright? But (sigh), I'm a little paranoid- well, I know it sounds stupid but, well- ... it's not paranoia if everyone thinks the same thing, right? I hope everyone here is, at least..? Around all these other people, I'm afraid I sleep with an eye open.." (paranoid)

Dai is a high-energy social butterfly. Always on the go, always getting to know people from his position as a bartender.
Dai has a low voice range. We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

"And a religously paranoid one. Hiroki Ito, an exorcist. He might discover the real demon here."
"Swipe the smirk off your face, Yutsuko before you become a subject yourself."
Hiroki Ito is a very paranoid person. He does not like being out of his comfort zone and he tends to get overwhelmed easily.
Hiroki requires a mid-high voice and a voice actor that has the ability to freak out oftenly (appreciated if they also have the ability to yell)! We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!
NOTE: We recently changed Hiroki's talent from Demonlogist to Exorcist!

"There seems to be a hidden demon here. One who is hiding itself from us. A creature we can sense lurking inside these walls." (suspicious)
"The Ultimates are really gonna need him after this, if he doesn't become a subject, that it. Kazuya Matsui, the Ultimate Occupational Therapist. And we're going to have the best therapist at our disposal."
Kazuya Matsui has a presence of mind, usually able to handle any situation through discussions, and is described to have self-control or just "chill" in general. He's seen to be approaching and reliable for others.
Kazuya has a mid-low voice! He's generally calm and has a soothing voice! We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

Kenji Ushida has a very assertive and violent personality, he is not someone to take lightly. He does not like being told off or criticized by anyone else. He is quite stubborn and often acts out on his own accord.
Kenji has a mid-low voice! We need a voice actor that is able to scream! If you'd like a character with many lines, Kenji is probably not one to audition for.. We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

Matsuo Kozuke is a flirty guy, to say the least. He’s charismatic and strikes a conversation with anyone that catches his eye, genuinely enjoying the company of others!
Matsuo has a low voice range! No other requirements are necessary (but the ability to flip shit is appreciated! better safe than sorry)! We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

Riku Hashika could be described as bubbly, positive, basically a human possessed by happiness. He goes out of his way to make sure cooperation is happening in a group, defending others if that's what it takes. Due his defensive nature, it usually breaks up friendships he makes. Riku is stubborn, almost never changes his opinion on a topic and is determined to prove his point.
Riku has a mid-high voice! There are no requirements! We will require additional lines from the auditioner in order to give them the full role!

Shou Kurosaki usually keeps to himself, having a shy nature. This causes him to work independently. He also seems to be attentive to small details, being an archeologist and all.
