Takahara is the Ultimate Parkour runner. He's a rather short teenager with quite a temper. The ideal voice we're going for here is a sort of Australian-Accent.
Even more specific is that the voice we envision him having is one akin to that of Codename Kid's Next Door's Numbuh Four.
If you can match or come close to that, then you're made for this role.
