D&D campaign character voice lines

Hello everyone on CCC!
As of recently, I've been working on developing a D&D campaign for my friends and, in the process, decided I want to add short scenes to play for them with NPC's talking to one another, or explaining things so that it immerses them more instead of boring them to death with me talking.
As such, I only have a few requirements I'd like everyone to try to fit!
1) Please have a pleasant sound in your lines. Bad mics will likely exclude you from any shortlists unless your acting can make up for it, especially if you have lots of popping in the audio or lots of background sound.
2) I try to give a good description of the voice I'm looking for, so when submitting an audition, I politely ask of you to try your best to match what I'm looking for. However, providing a second take with a voice that you think would suit more is also appreciated, as long as you've tried to match the criteria first.
3) It's likely you'll never have too much I need you to say at once, so I'm not asking for a lot of your time, but please make sure you're contactable in the future so that I can get another couple lines from you every few months.

Thirteen is a clockwork being, made of countless cogs, gears, nails, everything of the sort. They don't have a gender, and struggle with their identity as someone's creation, and their own emotions. They aren't very confident in their choices, but own them anyway, and end up with mistakes that they hold over themselves like a knife to the heart. They don't really know how to open up to people but if they feel accepted, they can't help enjoying it.
As Thirteen doesn't have a gender, I'm going to need the best gender neutral voice you can manage, or just a high-toned male voice or mid-toned female voice. I'm really hoping for someone who can add strange inflections to make Thirteen's speaking sound unnatural, such as ending sentences as if they were questions, or not ending questions with the correct inflection, or randomly pitching a couple words per sentence higher than it should be. It shouldn't be annoying, but it should portray the fact that they're not human, while still holding emotion like a normal human.
(In a dull, hopeless tone)...Sometimes I wonder why I was put here, or created under the belief of the thirteenth hour. My creator was broken in the head, and yet they won't let me break myself. I don't think it's fair.
(Determined and assured) On the strike of the thirteenth hour, I promise to awaken again.
(Desperate and angry) This clock-- This is the only clock with a thirteen! And you DARE to ask why I protect it? If this clock is erased... If there is no record of thirteen on a clock... who's to say I ever really existed?!
**I PUT DOWN JAPANESE AS AN ACCENT, BUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY. I'M NOT SURE IF I REALLY WANT IT OR NOT YET, SO IF YOU AREN'T COMFORTABLE WITH IT, DON'T RUIN YOUR AUDITION WITH IT!**
Kiyoshi is a very innocent and sheltered 16 year old, and although he isn't arrogant, he's extremely naive and trusts fully in his judgement. He is very self-assured and confident, but definitely not in the range of egotistical. He has a firm and articulated way of speaking, having been brought up to keep his voice under control when speaking. It's not to say he's emotionless, but you won't hear any intense excitement or anger from him. He only ever seems to let himself really loose during a fight.
I'm hoping for a mid-tone voice or higher, but if you think there's a lower voice that really suits him, go for it! He fluently speaks Japanese, so his Japanese should sound just as evenly toned and comfortably spoken as when he speaks English, unless you're attempting a Japanese English accent. If you end up trying that out, please don't let it hinder the English too much; it should simply be there for extra effect.
(Walking up to a group of people he doesn't know, a slightly standoffish tone) I do not *want* to be on a team, but I *need* to be in a team because of these regulations... Spare me your small talk, for I only need an Adventurer's Pass and I plan to leave you alone.

許せない! (Pronounced: "Yu ru se na i", meaning: "I won't forgive you") Please say this with a slight growl, or anger trying to burst through his control.
なめんな! (Pronounced: "Na me n na", meaning: "Don't underestimate me") Please say this in a similar style.
Paige is the youngest military commander, and extremely firm with a lawful good alignment. She has a strict aura about her, though it often feels forced, as she tries to erase her femininity in order to seem more commanding and dominant. Valuing honesty, integrity, and honor, she's very blunt and struggles with reading the mood, though she can see through lies as easily as breathing. Disrespect is the one thing in the world she hates the most, and isn't afraid to lecture people on her beliefs.
Paige has the voice of someone in their early twenties, and it should be comfortably mid-toned. I'd prefer a lack of an American accent if possible, leaning towards British (not pommie British), but if you're not comfortable, don't try it. She must sound confident in what she's saying, and enunciate her words in a professional manner.
(While presenting a speech) As adventurers, we call upon all of you to assist us in this disaster. We need to help Aurora in their time of need, and it would be impossible without each and every person here with us today.
(Professional tone) Thank you for the opportunity to meet you, Sir Riversong. I've heard much about you; you sound like quite the admirable commander.
(Shocked/devastated) Surely you jest... You MUST be joking, I-- I refuse to believe the King would be enforcing such a preposterous idea! Never in my right mind would I even have the thought that such a catastrophe was caused by those in power..!
Nicholas is the representation of all things Christmas, full of life, joy, and generosity. He loves helping people out and has a childish young attitude. Nick looks and acts like a child though he doesn't age, and all he remembers of life is that he has to restore the tradition of Christmas or he'll forget everything and wither away, having it serve as his life's purpose.
He should have a very young, high toned male voice, full of energy and a strong British or Australian accent (preferably), though any accent would work as long as he's got childish spunk to him. He talks a little fast and seems to yell a lot by accident, never really able to find an indoor volume. For the last line, it would be wonderful if it could be sung in tune or, even better, in a minor key (use this for reference if you're up for it https://youtu.be/Xc2HRnNnK8o ), as similar sad Christmas carols will be in his lines later down the track. If you'd like to demo more of the song outside of the line, that would be greatly appreciated and would boost your chance of being chosen.
(Determined and enthusiastic) My goal is to restore Christmas!! You dunno what it is, but, like, it's really fun! Everyone sings heaps of songs, everyone gives each other presents and you have a massive feast... not that you'd know, but, help me out, will ya?
(Meeting someone for the first time) Hiya jolly pal! The name's Nicholas, though you can call me Nick, and it's wonderful to meet ya! You got a minute to stand 'round and chat?
(Sung in a sad tone) Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way... oh what fun-- fun... fun it... no, I've already forgotten...
I don't need artists with infinite amounts of time, ready to do fully coloured, fully shaded drawings and designs. I only need artists with half an hour up their sleeve every so often so that you can do some simple shots of my characters for me. I definitely will be asking for lineart, which is totally fine to be messy, and maybe flat colours too once or twice. I mainly need you to be able to draw my characters accurate to their design.
