Cyberium - Reboot

This will not be an animation. I'm not making a short film.
The 3D models seen above will be used for one off shorts with the characters.
Cyberium is the name for the Cyberpunk/Sci-Fi world where Vivian lives in, my OC.
It is a futuristic world inspired by Swat Kats, Cyberpunk 2077 and Batman.
It is a PG-13 friendly genre. It's action oriented. They are inhabited by anthro animals.
This is a reboot of an existing project. The scripts were complete but I want to try smaller stories to help flesh out the world. We will do one-off comic strips, either silly or more serious to help introduce these chars to people.
Vivian is an anthro cyborg bat, on the run from the government because she was framed for a murder she didn't commit. She dug too deep into a government cover up and was fired from her job as a researcher. Her friend, Ember Rush, a small time criminal who aids Vivian in her quest to explore the slums of Cyberium, a drug infested Cyberpunk dystopia with crime and cults.
On the other hand, is a robot jackal named Sabre. He was designed to handle high level threats and enforce peace. His partner, Mara Scarlex, an aggressive cat anthro officer counters his non-lethal beliefs. Together, their partnership is complex and odd.
Vivian and Sabre represent two sides of Cyberium. Vivian is a champion of the people and an intelligent researcher who loves nature. She rejects the system because it betrayed her.
Sabre enforces the system because he believes peace can be attainted through it
Cyberium is ruled by a cold, unfeeling jackal queen named Queen Vesper II.

Ember is an herbivore but one of the muscles of the group. They help the crew break into wealthy corrupt people’s mansions and corporations with shady practices by being the physical muscle of the group. They are a funny and light hearted character. Sweet but prone to anger issues.
Ember is immature but their unpredictable nature and cute appearance makes them a valuable asset to the team. Ember appreciates others. They hate the wealthy, and they hates criminals as much as anyone. Ember's done a lot of illegal things but they're against killing, feel like it’s just too barbaric.
VO DIRECTION:
You can be male, female or anyone to audition for this role. It should be feminine, energetic, sweet, but assertive. Like Rebecca from Edgerunners or Mako from KLK. You can take some inspiration from Filia from Skullgirls https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FrWg1Jrl_Mg

A high functioning psychopath. Her mother was a kind ruler of Cyberium.
Vesper is not. Vesper is pure evil, cold, calculative. No mercy.
Not a SHRED OF HUMANITY.
Vesper is a monster.
An unempathetic, unfeeling, cold and still somewhat charming monarch. She does not have full authority of the kingdom. She didn’t know her mother well so she lacked her soft, kind embrace. She was raised primarily by politicians and learned quickly about the technological advances this continent was going to be braced for.
Her place in the story is to feed Sabre an agenda and make him question his loyalty while hiding the secrets of his existence.
Her eyes have a hypnotic ability to induce fear hallucinations into them if she wills it against her enemies.

Your job is to help develop smaller scripts to create for the basis of small comics, using the lore I developed. You can develop new ideas, plotlines or perhaps even suggest changes to the lore, if you want. Please submit proof you have written something creatively, be it in a video, audiobook, etc.
