Paid: Flat Rate 50 USD

The intercom voice is the player’s unseen corporate supervisor: calm, articulate, dry, and unsettlingly cheerful. They speak with absolute confidence, treating dangerous cargo, employee debt, illegal shipments, and terrible working conditions as ordinary company procedure.

The performance should feel controlled rather than loud or cartoonish. Humor comes from perfect timing, subtle judgment, and complete emotional detachment. They occasionally sound amused by the player’s mistakes, but never openly cruel—the company’s policies are simply normal to them.

Voice direction: professional corporate announcer mixed with a quietly condescending narrator. Warm enough to be entertaining, authoritative enough to feel like the boss, and slightly sinister beneath the politeness. Think dry workplace satire rather than an exaggerated villain.

  • Welcome to Post-Human Postal Service, the proud backbone of interplanetary commerce, and several interplanetary mistakes.

  • Fortunately, your employment contract includes permanent on-site accommodation and an automatic repayment program.

  • Process Failed. Please continue embrassing yourself productively.

Former Employee / Unknown Caller
Voice Actor Voice Actor
Former Employee / Unknown Caller
open
Paid: Flat Rate 50 USD

A former employee who secretly contacts the player through an old telephone. They understand how the company traps its workers and know that the abandoned courier pod could provide a way off the station.

This character is the player’s only genuine source of help, but they should not sound like a dramatic resistance leader. They are cautious, exhausted, intelligent, and familiar with the company’s absurd systems. Their humor is understated and comes from years of accepting horrifying corporate practices as normal.

The performance should feel private and slightly paranoid, as though the character is worried the call may be monitored. Early calls should be restrained and guarded. As the player repairs the pod, the caller becomes more hopeful and personally invested.

Voice characteristics:

  • Adult voice

  • Any gender

  • Grounded and believable

  • Tired but not weak

  • Dry sense of humor

  • Quiet urgency

  • Emotionally restrained

  • Should not sound theatrical or overly mysterious

  • “Don’t bother speaking. The station records outgoing speech more reliably than it records maintenance requests.”

  • “There is no scheduled return shuttle. Repair the pod, keep your head down, and do not let the intercom know why.”

  • “Do not wait for approval. Approval is the part of the contract that never arrives.”

Corporate Support System
Voice Actor Voice Actor
Corporate Support System
open
Paid: Flat Rate 20 USD

An automated employee-support system operated by Post-Human Postal Service. It occasionally calls the player without being requested and delivers useless information, new fees, morale surveys, and deliberately unhelpful updates.

The voice should sound warm, polished, and professionally reassuring while delivering deeply unsettling information. It should never acknowledge that anything it says is strange or cruel.

The humor depends on total sincerity. The performance should not sound openly sarcastic, evil, or amused. Every ridiculous statement is presented as an ordinary and helpful corporate service.

The actor can record the lines with or without adding a permanent robotic filter.

Voice characteristics:

  • Adult voice

  • Any gender

  • Smooth and highly polished

  • Artificially cheerful

  • Consistent pacing

  • Emotionally detached

  • Corporate training-video energy

  • No sarcasm or obvious menace

Voice description:
  • female adult
  • female young adult
  • “Thank you for contacting Post-Human Postal Service Employee Support. You did not contact us, but your account was randomly selected for support.”

  • “Your return transportation request is currently number eight million, four hundred forty-one thousand and two in the queue.”

  • “Please remain on the line. Remaining is mandatory.”

Regional Compliance Agent
Voice Actor Voice Actor
Regional Compliance Agent
open
Paid: Flat Rate 10 USD

A representative of the regional cargo-compliance division. This character contacts the station regarding forbidden cargo, inspections, regulatory violations, and incinerator procedures.

Unlike the Corporate Support System, this role should sound human. The agent is cold, formal, precise, and completely desensitized to unethical company policy. They may personally enjoy enforcing regulations, but that enjoyment should remain subtle.

The performance should feel like a government inspector or corporate auditor who has repeated these warnings thousands of times. They speak clearly and deliberately, with little patience for explanations.

Voice characteristics:

  • Adult voice

  • Any gender

  • Formal and authoritative

  • Controlled and unemotional

  • Slightly intimidating

  • Bureaucratic delivery

  • Precise pronunciation

  • Subtle contempt, never exaggerated

  • “A compliance inspection may occur without warning. This message does not legally constitute a warning.”

  • “Your branch has failed inspection. A penalty has been recommended, approved, and emotionally enjoyed.”

  • “Do not incinerate the inspector.”

Recurring Wrong-Number Caller
Voice Actor Voice Actor
Recurring Wrong-Number Caller
open
Paid: Flat Rate 20 USD

A strange alien or civilian who repeatedly calls the postal station while attempting to reach unrelated businesses and people.

The caller should sound casual and completely sincere. They are never embarrassed about reaching the wrong number and may not fully understand why the player cannot help them. Their logic is strange but internally consistent.

This is a comedy role, but the actor should avoid performing it like a loud cartoon character. The humor should come from confident delivery, unusual concerns, and perfectly normal reactions to impossible situations.

The same actor can use slight variations in delivery for different calls, but the character should remain recognizable as the same recurring caller.

Voice characteristics:

  • Adult voice

  • Any gender

  • Distinctive but understandable

  • Casual and confident

  • Mildly confused

  • Strange without becoming incomprehensible

  • Natural comedic timing

  • Deadpan delivery preferred

  • “Hello? Is this Orbital Dental? No? Then who has my teeth?”

  • “My package arrived yesterday, but I do not order it until tomorrow.”

  • “Please ask the moon outside your window to stop following me. It knows what it did.”
