Cosplay Performance

We are putting together a group for a cosplay for Colossalcon Prime 2026 in Sandusky, OH

That is the first weekend in June, the deadline for audtions is March 1st 2026. Cosplayers, please have cosplays ready by April

Script to be revealed in full upon hire, but friends meeting at the beach is the general idea.

Taking consideration for other male coded parts instead of Angel Dust (like still fingers crossed we find one) but male codded since Jesse and Rouge are the other 2 slots in this

I am playing the lead, taking some me time after a break up at the beach and meeting folks.

You all + my wife (Jesse from Pokémon) will be the folks I meet there

The whole skit will be about 3minutes, each cosplayer or voice actor getting about 30sec on stage

(Except Jessica and Roger), you will come on one at a time, to keep the element of surprise

Bill/Twink will be a cardboard prop on a stick, I will make it, so you dont need a costume, but if you want to help accentuate the "desperate attempt to make a deal", the more power to you

Angel Dust comes on last.

Pg-13 script, but heavy on puns and innuendo

Though I will write the script, as we rehearse changes can be made if a better wording, pun, joke, etc comes out

This year the prize for winning the Performance Cosplay at Colossalcon Prime in Sandusky, OH was $1000 and a free VIP badge for the next year (value $200-300), so we will split this evenly as possible if we win.

If we dont, Im not making any money on this either so payment is more of a "thank you" than anything, but Im gunna start with $25 and a meal together, if you all want to (there is a decent ramen place just down the road from Kalahari)

You are responsible for travel, accommodations, your costume. Costume doesnt have to be the best anyone's ever seen, but I hope you put love and time into it, ya know?

Should be clearly recognizable, hitting color themes or vibes hard and/or along with what they'd wear to the beach (Roger in a 1930's striped bathing suit, Jesse in one of her tropical outfits...). We can discuss because I can understand budget being an issue.

Rehearsal will likely be online unless we all end up being local, but at least 1 in person rehearsal before the con, sometime in 2026 but at least 2 weeks before the con

The cosplay is on Saturday on the con, this year the Saturday badge was $69, i kid you not

Weekend (Wed-Sunday) badges with waterpark access were $200
