Corpse Party: Tortured Souls Dub (MATURE THEMES SHOWN)
Project Overview
Hello Casting Call Club! I have brought forth a project I MAY launch in the future. I am not sure yet if I will get to this project, but it is worth a try.
This is more of a discovery project, I want to see who would be interested to work with me for this dubbing series.
What is this project about?
Ok. Before I get started, I just want to say that this project has a LOT of Gore, Blood, and Dismembered Limbs, as well as dark themes like torture, suicide, and murder. Please do not audition if you are squeamish or if you are not mature enough to handle these dark themes.
“The plot of the Corpse Party series concerns a group of Japanese high school students who, after celebrating their school’s culture festival, are telling ghost stories and perform a ritual. The ritual is supposed to make them feel closer to each other as one of the classmates is moving away. Suddenly earthquake transports them to a dilapidated schoolhouse in an alternative dimension that is haunted by the ghosts of people who have been trapped there.” (-Wikipedia)
Requirements
-You must have little to no static from your mic.
- -You MUST be able to scream, cry, and do other emotions. (Remember, you’re trapped in a haunted elementary school with ghosts of children trying to kill you, your friends are all dying off, and there are corpses and blood everywhere.)

This project will not be paid, it is more of a for fun project.

Voice Type- High to Middle Ranged, Assertive (She’s the Class Rep, so she needs to be able to get through what she is saying effectively)
*MUST BE ABLE TO SCREAM AND CRY*
“Alright! And... now!” (Calm, soft. This happened before they got trapped in the elementary school, so it should be happy.)
”S-Sachiko... why... why are you the—“ (surprised & scared) [The Pronunciation of that word is Sah-chee-ko]
”Kishinuma!” (yelling, but not to loud) [The Pronunciation Of that word is Key-she-knew-mah]
Voice Type- Low to Semi-Middle Ranged, Protective and Badass
*MUST BE ABLE TO YELL LOUDLY, HE DOESN’T DO MUCH SCREAMING OR CRYING.*
“Shinozaki!!” (yelling & protective)
“For who’s sake do you think I came back for?!” (Shouting, fighting someone)
“Hurry up and Ru— *loud vomiting*”
(At the end, he got punched through the mouth and all of his organs came spilling out. Gross, right?)
Voice Type- Medium to Low Pitched, Brotherly
*MUST BE ABLE TO SCREAM AND CRY AT THE SAME TIME, HE ONLY DOES THIS ONCE*
“Yukaaa!!!” (responding back to his sister screaming, she’s getting tortured to death)
“Will you be ok out here on your own?” (asking his sister in a caring but concerning tone)
“I don’t know who the hell you think you are, but you’re DEFINITELY not her older brother. Now leave Yuka alone!” (Protective, angry)
Voice Type- Medium to Low Pitched, Calm but can be VERY Psychotic. (He was an actor before he got trapped in Heavenly Host, so he’s great at acting)
*MUST BE ABLE TO SCREAM, CRY, AND LAUGH LIKE AN ABSOLUTE PSYCHO*
“Damn it! I have to look at the suffering of others! ... I’m still sane... I’m still... *soft, psychotic chuckling*” (slowly going insane)
“Heheh... but that’s not the real reason I’m trying so hard to find you. No, nothing so noble. Every time I saw your face, and heard you greet me with that ‘Shig, Hey!’ you’d always say... you were saving my life.” (his voice is getting softer, it’s lovey dovey near the end)
Voice Type- Low to Middle Ranged, Caring
*MUST BE ABLE TO CRY*
“Mayu! Come on, snap out of it! Listen to me! You have to get away from the—” (frantic, panicking. Mayu is talking to spirits of dead children)
“We have to find everyone and leave this place! ... *wait a couple seconds* Morishige is worried sick over you!” (panicking, trying to get her to go with her)
Voice Type- High to Middle Ranged, Flirty
*MUST BE ABLE TO SCREAM AND CRY EVEN THOUGH SHE IS ONLY IN EPISODE 1*
“I’m... so....rry....!” (It sounds like she’s being strangled to death)
“I only wanted you to have a bit of rest...!” (Naomi just yelled at her and she’s upset)
Voice Type- High Pitched, She’s around 7 years old
MUST BE ABLE TO LAUGH LIKE A PSYCHO AND CRY*
“Will it come out~? *evil chuckles* (Creepy, psychotic)
“Mommy? Who are you? Where is she?” (curious, sane, kind of emotionless)
“*creepy laughter* I’m gonna stab your guts out, ‘kay...? ... big brother...!!!” (psychotic, insane, but soft spoken. At the end, she’s trying to stab him but he’s holding her hands so she can’t)
Voice Type- Low Ranged, Engaging but psychotic
*MUST BE ABLE TO SHOUT PSYCHOTICALLY LIKE YOU’RE CHASING SOMEONE*
“Yuka, stay here.” (Protective)
“Don’t worry, big brother will protect you... after all, you are my adorable little sister. *slowly start to psychotically laugh*”
“Oh Yuka~! My precious little sister, where did you run off to?!?! Be a good girl and come back over here!!! ..... I’ll kill you, I swear to god! I’m gonna kill you Yuka!!!!”(sadistic then turns to yelling)
This ghost was one of the children murdered in the school of Heavenly Host. She had attempted to possess Naomi in the beginning, but she disappeared when she saw candlelight.
Are you finally here to pick me up? (creepy, slow paced)
Where are you going, miss~? (creepy)
Come back here...! (angry)
