Project Overview
Episode 1: Round 1 Auditions
Welcome to the BATTLEREALM-- a broken section of space-time where cosmic beings gamble for the ultimate power while their unwilling pawns fight for their lives and a chance to return back to Earth. Who will survive... THE CONTEST OF CHAMPIONS?
Another World Productions are working on a fan animated comic series of Marvel’s, Contest of Champions (2015 comic series). This will be a 10 episode series featuring many characters and roles to fill.
The parts below are for the first half of issue #1. All parts are unpaid and production of this project is second to full time day jobs.
Audition for any and as many of the cast of characters as you like. The Audition will be open until July 19th at 11:59pm. Casting will be selected after the project is closed.
Each character will be given two or three lines and will be judged on quality and performance. Auditions will also be judged on whether or not your voice fits the character and your vocal range if you choose to audition for multiple characters.
We are looking for:
· Realism: We need to feel that you are this character, not that this is an audition.
· Expression: Can you portray the character's emotional state accurately?
· Vocal Range: If you're auditioning for multiple characters this is another factor taken into consideration. If you use the same voice for every audition you might get lucky and find the character who fits your voice, but if you can prove that you can change you voice accordingly to fit a specific characters tone that might increase your chances of being cast.
· Mic Quality: This one is not as serious as the others, but it should go without saying that it should be of good quality (no cell phone recordings). W need to be able to hear your voice and not a bunch of white noise, echos and room reflections.
More parts will be added as production progresses.

The quality of auditions for this casting call have been awesome, but we are extending the deadline to Monday July 22nd 2019 as we are still looking for people to audition for certain parts due to a low numbers (namely British Punisher, Gamora, Joe Fixit, Mary Whitworth & Moonboy).

(Sounding like late 30s/ 40s. I would prefer any UK regional accent.) Nigel Higgins is a man living in England who gets inspired by Punisher's activities that causes him to become the British version of Punisher called Outlaw. Upon moving to New Yorkshire, Outlaw assumed the alias of "Neil Hibbs." His normal life was short-lived when he is chosen by Collector to partake in the "Contest of Champions" against his will at the Battlerealm.
(Narrating)
I don’t do guns anymore. But I used to.
I used to be Nigel Higgins. Yeah, THAT Nigel Higgins. The Outlaw, the “British Punisher.”
See-- Years ago, something bad happened. Took away everything I had, took away my family. And after that... After that I did guns a lot.
(On edge, speaking aloud)
Right! This what you wanted is it? Have a pop at me?
You the one been creeping about all day, yeah? Thought I wouldn’t notice?
Come on mate, I know you’re here. Too late to be shy. You didn’t get the train up for nothing did you?
Come on! Show me where you’re hiding!
(Startled and speaking frantically)

After Peter Parker rejected a sinister alien symbiote, the extra-terrestrial threat sought revenge by bonding with Eddie Brock, ex-photographer for the Daily Bugle and Peter’s longtime rival. Fueled by their shared hatred of Spider-Man, Brock and the symbiote now use their immense strength and deadly abilities to gain revenge as the fearful Venom.
(Creeping up behind prey)
Lookin’ a little lost there jolly roger.. But don’t you worry, me and my friend Pete, we know where you’re going.
Venom’s gonna see you right to the door--
(Yelling in exaggerated agony from bullets)
Arhhuuchhh! Ptooo! (Spitting)

(Angry and mocking)

Thanos found her as a child and decided to use her as a weapon. Gamora was raised and trained by Thanos and became very proficient in martial arts, earning the nickname "The deadliest woman in the whole galaxy."
(Stern)
We were kidnapped. Our enemies made themselves known. Now we must fight!
I picked it up very quickly.
(Aggressively yelling)

(Male, 30s/ 40s. Tony Stark usually always sounds cocky and smart. Feel free to bring your own fresh interpretation or give me your best impression of MCU Tony Stark.) This is a version of Tony Stark that won “Civil War” with nearly everything working out in his favor. Five years later, Tony has donned the Iron Patriot armor and is the President of the United States. He and his Mighty Avengers team are kidnapped by Maestro and placed onto Battleworld, where Maestro alters their memories to believe the remaining heroes are unregistered and need to be taken in.
(Voice sounds compressed/ weak/ trapped.)

British Punisher, whatever. Help me up?
He took out my power reserves.. That Unibeam was all I had.

Working as an enforcer for organized crime in Las Vegas, the dark incarnation of the Hulk named Joe Fixit is morally ambiguous at best, and downright cruel at worst. He may be a weaker version of the Hulk, but he more than makes up for it with his firepower and sinister intelligence.
(Yelling in pain)
AAOOOWWW!! My Eyes!
